This company is a **** and many fall victim including myself. Don't accept any mandate from them. They will still your money month in month out.
I am really disappointed on how the manager or whatever she calls herself at American Swiss (Southgate) handled my situation regarding my cellphone purchase. She told me that I can not return a cell phone I bought on the same because it's not allowed. Despite not even using the device and returning it on the same day a few hours later. To make the situation worse she gave a bad service experience and a bad attitude as she told me I am the one who chose the phone and nothing she can do to assist me. This defeats the purpose of service provision because I have to pay for a product I am not happy with. The experience was the worst and I would never dream of buying there because of one employee who put the companies name and image into disrepute. Regards
I bought a phone this morning at south gate payjoy after using the phone a few hours I realized it's not what I am looking for. I tried to return it today and they told me that it's not allowed it hasn't even been 24hrs and the phone is still as I bought it. Payjoy and American Swiss south gate have voileted consumer protection act hard. Their manager Lawrence at Payjoy didn't even bother to be considerate and the ladies at American Swiss is even worse.
Worst private hospital ever. The nurses run away from their responsibilities and Dr's can't determine what is wrong with my daughter. They just want to exhaust my medical aid for nothing at all.

Uber is the worst kind of commuting app you can use. When they're network has an issue and their driver goes to the wrong place they still charge you the full fare instead of cancelation. Now they are not able to refund my money which they just took.
Nedbank Maponya has the worst possible service. They make you wait outside unattended while others walk in and get tickets. Their consultants just kept on passing me like I was a ghost when I was just trying to get help for my mother who is a senior citizen to get a new card.

Dstv customer service is the worst you can deal with, your agents are rude and inadequate. I spoke to Ntombi and she doesn't know anything about customer service or what it means. After paying so much money my service is still disconnected. I am truly disappointed. Hope we can find a law to protect customers against such exploitation.
