My 18month old son is admitted here as we speak. My son was admitted on Monday morning and his medication was only given to him on the following day. We sat the whole day monday just eating with no medication being administered. As if that isnt enough, the nurse came to ask me what it is shes suppsed to do. My child is sleeping on filthy linen, even after he peed, the nurse just looked and left. She knocked off her shift witbout changing the linen. I had to borrow the linen from the bed next to us. The list is endless. This hospital is doing everything but nursing the patients to recovery

Good day team, I am writing this complaint with a very heavy heart after my 2nd operation that I had with the hospital Dr SK Matseke Memorial Hospital done by Dr Christian Vyumungu in 2024 February , the results are shockingly horrible. I made an appointment with the Dr in 2025 march to understand what had transpired & he did not have the answers while he took pictures before the operation in 2024 and guaranteed that the scar would be reduced. However when I went for a check-up in 2025 the Dr suggested I should go for another operation (3rd) this year October 2026, however he failed to fix the scar during the 2nd operation that I had. Who's medical aid is supposed to pay for another operation? He failed to correct the previous scar that I had on my forearm and I am unhappy and dissatisfied. The scar that I had before the scar revision with Dr C.Vyumungu was way better than the operation he carried out. The scar is wider, darker and very ugly. Please advice.

The emergency waiting time is the most painful thing. Was here from 17;30 pm and only at 19:45 a nurse comes and address that there is only one Doctor and all consultation rooms are full. Waiting time to be seen by Dr is 2-3 hrs mind due one has been here from 17;30pm.

I am so disappointed in the way the immunization program is handled by Peter Patta I gave birth at the hospital and received excellent service which I wrote a review about and gave 5 stars for, but today m sad to say I am very much disappointed. My child's 6 weeks appointment was due on 12 Sep and they told me they don't have it so I had to go around finding a suitable clinic. Today he is due for 10 weeks (10 Oct) I call first and was told they only assist with 6weeks immunization. I am very very upset with this as I might as well have given birth in a public hospital so I can immunize my child here too. Why can they not have all the jabs available everyday as this is the type of service they should deliver if we pay so much for private care
