My 18month old son is admitted here as we speak. My son was admitted on Monday morning and his medication was only given to him on the following day. We sat the whole day monday just eating with no medication being administered. As if that isnt enough, the nurse came to ask me what it is shes suppsed to do. My child is sleeping on filthy linen, even after he peed, the nurse just looked and left. She knocked off her shift witbout changing the linen. I had to borrow the linen from the bed next to us. The list is endless. This hospital is doing everything but nursing the patients to recovery
What Horrible service I have recieved from Bankmed, ive never been this frustrated, especially considering that Im giving them New Business. I have been trying top add a memeber for the passed two weeks and no body bothers to pick up the call, I just spoke to Joseph in New business who has been nothing but sarcastic, unhlepful and frustrated me even more. what kindl of call centre is not able to call clients. if i wasnt working for the bank, i would definatley do away with this medical aid. very unprofessional , unhlepful and 0 customer servise.
I would just like to express how frustrated and dissapointed with the experience. I placed an order and noted the address it needs to be delivered to. Why on earth would you'll give instruction for my shoes to be delivered to postnet on 14th Avenue, when I clearly noted exactly where it needs to go. This is such horrible service and such an inconvenience.
Let's address the issue of daylight ******* being done by Bello Properties. I paid full deposit 3 months in advance to secure a rental property, to which I moved into 3 months later. The place is very secure & clean from the outside. You only realise when you there that it is roach infested. I'm not sure if she's the owner, the caretaker or manager, but the lady is very defensive, arrogant, rude and has zero people skills. When you address an issue, she's defensive before you even complete the sentence. So I signed I 1 year lease, to which I lived no more than 5 months and moved out because of the noisy tenants & roaches. but honored my lease. I left the property spotless. They did not inspect the property with me but I got invoiced R1680 cleaning included after I cleaned and sent video. I wouldn't recommend Bello Properties to anyone unless you want to be disrespected, intimidated and ****** of your money
First National Bank. How can we frustrate you. I am at First National Bank in Johannesburg CBD on Main Street, where one of the consultants by the name of Molatelo, is extremely rude and dismissive. My first encounter with him was in Jan 2025 where I was here to open a certain account, and he was very degrading by asking me that before we proceed, do I even have R200 to keep the account Active. Fastforward to today, where he is frustrated as they are working on Skeleton staff, he has turned away an elderly man/ pensioner without even trying to assist, or explaining to the gentleman what process to follow. The elderly man just said "it's fine, I'll go to Dube branch" the consultants response was "okay" two minutes after that incident, he rudely told another client to go to Ghandi square branch if she wants, as he is busy. What horrible service.
ABSA is *****ing my money. My card declines as insufficient funds when I swipe, and charges me R10 for each declined transaction, yet there are funds in my account. I call the center and the agents keep dropping my calls or rerouting me to the voice prompts without assisting me
I have consulted at this practice in Diepkloof ext for some time, but today was just a mess. I am returning after a consultation I did last week and I'm still not well. The consulting Dr didn't even greet me, he was on his phone for almost a minute before he asked me what's wrong. Without even examining me, he was already writing out a prescription and sent me for a drip, where the nurse poked me many times before calling for assistance to administer the drip as half the thing ended up on my dress. I almost fell off the bed in sick bay 2 which is not functioning and was not sanitized before I was put on it
What A horrible experience. I bought 4 Chicken wings and Chips from Pedros Ontdekkeres, what a horrible meal, Im not sure if that was Chicken Biltong or if the Chicken died of natural causes, but they were dry hard and older, probably older than me. Im preparing for a bathroom marathon, just from the 1 wing that I hate. This is unacceptable. Im so discussted.
Another frustrating experience with FNB who should change their motto from "How can we help you" to "How can we frustrated you" I submitted a late estate claim in January. Everytime I follow up, I'm advised that the matter is being escalated and I will be updated in 7 working days. It's 4 months later and still no update.
What a horrible and frustrating experience with this rental company. My insurance company arranged a rental vehicle through Gage car hire who appointed First Car. the experience was horrible from the minute they delivered the vehicle. i was given a vehicle that felt like its driving on its tippi toes. I paid their full R2000 refundable security deposit. when they had to collect the vehicle, they pretended to forget to collect, i had to call and remind them, meaning I would have been liable for an additional day. their promise is to refund the deposit in 7 days after returning the vehicle with a full tank of Petrol. i filled up their vehicle and waited for more than 7 days for my refund. after a couple of follow ups for my deposit, it was refunded and short paid, they claim i didnt fill up their tank which i did. all of a sudden Levies that i was never informed about are now creeping up. This is daylight ******* by this institution. extremely ********* business practice. how dissapointing. I would never recommend them to anyone and Im not letting this go.
