While I appreciated the prompt and helpful service I received initially, the communication has unfortunately dropped off. I have been emailing for several months now without a single response. Please have a representative contact me to discuss this matter, as the current lack of communication is concerning.
I sent an email to play.co.za to close my account with them because i don't want to use their platform anymore.. Their response is. I need to contact the gambling board to have my account closed.. I mean all other platforms closes your account without issues. I contacted play.co.za to open my account why must i contact the gambling board to close it. Play.co.za is the worst.. They eat your money and their site always kicks you out. Please just close my play.co.za account!! I am not going to the gambling board to fill out forms and certify documents and stuff. Just close this account. Thanks
On Wednesday 28 January 2026 I tried to withdraw a voucher from my Money market account. Upon requesting my pin,the app showed that i had to reset my pin. I visted several shoprite stores and my details were submitted to have my cellphone number updated in order to reset my pin. To date this query has not been resolved. I was advised that it will 4 working days. No i was told again it will take an addional 7 working There is no response when calling customer service. Please assist in resolving this matter.
On 20th March I paid my flexclub subscription. I accidently double paid it and informed avisbudget and flexclub thereof. After numerous emails from my side, I was told that the refund has been processed, this was last week Tuesday 25th of March 2025. I sent another email requesting for the proof of payment still nothing. Today is the 31st of March 2025 and I still have not been refunded. I keep on getting stupid calls and stupid apologies for both flexiclub and avisbudget.. I don't understand why I must beg to get my own money back. I sent email to Lwazi.Mtungwa and Mariolise Visage(The supervisor), I even went to the extent of sending an email to the CEO Ramasela Ganda regarding this matter and my emails are just being ignored. I must say this is flippen ridiculous and extremely bad service for such a big organization. I don't know what to do anymore. It's the last day of the month and bills needs to be paid.

I then called Flexi club and informed them of this. Flexi club then sent an email to Avisbudget for the one amount to refunded. The email was sent on Thursday 20th March 2025. To date no response form Avisbudget. I also sent 2 emails directly to Avisbudget and still no response. Can you please arrange for the extra months subscription to be refunded asap.

On 20 Jan 2025 and 21 Jan 2025 I've been trying to withdraw funds from my gbets account. I got a message saying withdrawal rejected. I then spoke to the service team who requested a proof of deposit(doesn't make sense why) i sent it through, later on they then requested by bank statement(doesn't make sense either) sent it through... 5 hours later still can't withdraw my money... Can someone please sort this...
