I'm very angry and frustrated and very unhappy with GBets , firstly their staff is ***********, live chat is use less , and I think those agents enjoy wasting people's time , passing them from one agent to another, I won a R100 OTT voucher from Gbets , and the sms said to claim my voucher via live chat support, I did exactly that, but the live support agents are so useless , coming with alot excuses, waiting for a backend team or something, I'm still waiting for them to load my voucher,, Maybe they just used it 💔😢 Very unhappy customer 😭

I downloaded the jabula bets site got free spins won money played with that money won over R140000 wanted to withdraw,was informed I need to wager R110 I did still nothing.Was called the next day was informed that it is impossible for me to have won so much money.So they wont be able to pay me out they offered me R3000 from aal my winnings.I feel that I was ****med they dont pay out what you have won at all

GBets blocked my withdrawals after suspending my account — no notice, no reason
GBets blocked my withdrawals after suspending my account — no notice, no reason. My account was suddenly marked “suspended / bets restricted” and my withdrawals were also restricted, meaning I could not access my own funds. There was no prior notification and no explanation. I contacted Live Chat and was told it was “escalated”, but I received no reference number and no turnaround time. Regardless of the internal reason, restricting withdrawals without clear communication is unacceptable from a regulated betting operator. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend GBets to anyone until they demonstrate transparent processes and timely resolutions.

Poor customer service
I spoke with several agents due to deposit error. They just tell me what they think I may do without any solution, is gbets a **** or what? Because out of 3 people that I spoke with none assisted me. Worse Unathi Bede who sent me from pillar to post yet with no solution. I'm disappointed and maybe their ****mers
