Sunbet just is making a fool of a person , i did withdraw hours ago, its still on pending , usually my withdrawal takes less than half an hour , and then you get to live chat , and you wait even longer for an agent! i finally got thru to agent Mbali, she cant even spell and very short off , she ended chat very rudely i say, why should we as customers suffer due to lack of service and *********** staff members, i suggest sunbet get faster and more reliable and productive, with actual customer service, i dont understand sunbet got an software update , so it will all be pointless with ineffective staff members who are lazy and rude , i also suggest you make your withdrawal system instant like everyone else , looks dumb that you have a system update but your staff and withdrawals are slow like sloths , then i must add i tried calling your new customer number and i just got cut off , i tried multiple times , each time, i got cut off , so much for new customer service number 🤔😒 so please just release my money , i sunbet refuse to , i will gambling board and make a theft case against sunbet , sun international, and their whole umbrella of companies.... i will be waiting for an apology and a call and my money in my bank account soon . I really dont know whats up with betjets , i get no response from them , they dont have a customer line to call , i cant withdraw because they seem to fail to verify my details , very unhappy about this matter , live chat is even worse 🤦
I just want to know , why would Capitec go and accept a debit order on my behalf without my permission, and putting a mandate on my account, without acknowledgement or asking for my permission to do so, they know I did not receive a loan or any funds from this loan company, then these ****mers they warn people about , yet they approve mandates on your account to deduct money from your funds without me as the account holder , permission or informing me even of such ******* activities, then I have to go in to branch then Capitec Bank still charge me R30 per mandate , per month , and a R6 service fee for me to pay every month ongoing to prevent these people from taking money from my account, so what ****s are Capitec Bank busy with, when they are supposed to keep my money safe , yet they fail to do so and allow such *****'s to have access to my account and funds that I thought is safe with Capitec, this is not the first time money has just been taken from my account without my permission or knowledge there off, I believe this is a violation against my rights and Capitec Bank is just ****mers working in one with the ****mers, I dont want to bank with such negligence, I would rather recommend TYMEBANK , with no fees , totally free bank account.....to family and friends ....CAPITEC BANK IS JUST *****ING FROM OUR PEOPLE WITH THEIR Canning ways.
I don't know what ***** is sassa busy with, because I think it is ridiculous that I have been declined for over a year, I am unemployed and only receive R530 , child grant , how do sassa think that you can survive on a R530, for a whole month , the disabled grants are 2600 I think , so why should the children be punished with no disabilities, ? Out of 530 you suppose to buy now , Shoes, clothing, food , stationary, transport and basics , don't even mention the electricity units , If you unemployed you get 370 , I am unemployed more than 2years, my 370s is being declined since 2023, I called in and they said you can't even get a R50 in your bank account, then you get declined 🤦, I think this is unfair , and what do sassa think??? Ofcourse yes an employed person will definitely recieve help from a family member, if living of 530 a month , this is just absurd , so sassa is saying they encourage suffering??? How can they decide that ?? I have appeals that is still pending since 2021 , they did this declines over a long period before , bug it's just not me , it's thousands of people being affected, so where does all that money go?? Of all the people who was approved before and now for months being declined, I just think they *****ing the money of the people, then they come up with this sick rule of you not getting help from someone else , or you can't win online gambling, what is the casino money to do with them, no one watches their 530, they put in, and expect you can't recieve any money or help from no one , only them , only sassa can deposit funds into your account, how selfish of them , I changed bank accounts, I called in , I emailed, and still nothing , all I ever see is declined, and I don't work , I've been struggling and unemployed for more than 5 years , so what's up with SASSA ???? I am a single mother, trying to raise a child in this sick world , and then our own government and institutions like SASSA, deprive us out of our rights , they all just *****'s , stabbing their own people in the back, the ****mers they are SASSA, I am very unhappy, very angry , because I see how many people that don't even deserve 370s , no children , no responsibility, get 370s , they just get money to waste and alcohol consumption, while we struggle, raising our children alone on a 530 grant , we get deprived from getting unemployed 370s , yet we are unemployed, I get denied , over and over , and what for a 50 a family member sent , to help feed my child , which they as sassa did revoke me from getting 370s , so what do sassa aim for???? They approving the people who waste , and denying those who struggle, I can't believe my appeals are pending since 2021 , I want answers , and I am most definitely unemployed, so where do I stand now ? As an unemployed South African, single mother?????!!!!!!! I want answers SASSA?! I want my 370 ! It's my right to!!!!!
I just want to know why Hollywood is faulty, firstly I've been struggling more than 5 years to sign me up to Hollywoodbets , but I was a victim of identity theft and I was already signed up, so I have tried more than 5 years , emailing, calling , live chat , etc , to get control of my account , finally today on 16 February 2026, i get control of my account, which I didnt even sign up for, but now Hollywoodbets tell me that I can't get a welcome bonus, I just think it so unfair , they say my account was opened in October 2022, and I was not the one who signed up, so the ***** gets a bonus ? And me as account holder get a big ZERO, so what do I do now ??
I would like to put a review in for my mother being mishandled at goldrush online , she won R500, with free spins and it was under withdrawable balance, firstly she had to FICA , and we struggled since yesterday with the FICA , I was on call and live chat with my mother , with goldrush, they shuffled her around agents like a deck of cards, agents heard how she say , she want to withdraw, and they didn't say anything of deposits , now finally when we done fighting for her account to be fica'd after two whole days, now that she did the withdrawal of R500, they suddenly said she must deposit to withdraw , no where did no one tell anybody about a deposit, now suddenly she needs to deposit, this is outrageous, so why was the funds not under bonus funds , but it was under withdrawable balance, so why make it withdrawable if it's not ??? A call from management was requested, but no call , goldrush is unfair , waste people's time, and lies , I can't believe this company...

I can't believe that Capitec has no option for their electro vouchers, because so many people buy the electro voucher by mistake , me included , and I don't think it's fair we should look for people to buy it, we then bought from their app, yet we can't do nothing with the vouchers , so many money lost , because why even put it on eastern Cape bank Apps when we location based ? On the app, I think it's unfair , and *******, and why can't they exchange it or make it right somehow ?? So many people stuck with Capitec electro vouchers .
