Can not trust anymore

I have been using G-bets for a long time, mostly playing sports bets. I have recently been noticing that the cash out offers simply just dissapear. You may get a cash out offer in the beginning that is smaller than your stake and as soon as its supposed to go over the stake amount, the cash out offer just dissapears never to return. I have spoken on multiple times to their agents in the past months and received answers like cash outs are calculated dynamically and may not always be there, or that I chose bet or match types that do not allow for cash outs. I herewith quote a piece out if their t's and c's "Gbets cannot guarantee that the Cash Out feature will be available on your bet selection. Where Cash Out is available Pre-Event and we do not cover the event Live In-Play, then Cash Out will not be available once that event starts. Gbets will not be responsible if the Cash Out feature is not available for any technical reasons, and bets will stand as originally placed during any such period. I recently had a betslip go 11out of 12 on a Saturday, with the last game happening on the Sunday. It started off where I had a cash out offer but as soon as the first match started the cash out dissapeared. Now I understand sometimes when games go live the cash out offer may not be there, but this betslip was almost completed except for one match that happened the next evening. How can I not get a cash out offer for a betslip that is basically 90% completed, and the final game only happening the next day? The agent that helped me said that I may have chosen bet types that do not offer cash out, but every single match in that bet slip had the cash out symbol, and unfortunately for me as these things sometimes happen, the last match I chose lost. I feel its unfair to market that there is cash out offers, even with their t's and c's. And this has been happening a lot these past months, id rather then know that I will not be able to cash out instead of this carrot being dangled that you can save a bet slip if you feel that a match might not go your way. I understand it is gambling, and I have won and lost multiple bet slips, but this, as soon as a bet slip starts going well, and the cash out suddenly just dissapears feels a bit ****my, and how can you trust someone with your money if you just feel like they are trying to block you. And then most of their agents are useless and everything feels scripted, there is no trying to help a customer, just copy and pasted answers.
