Im so ****en sick of being **********....Gbets has customer support agents that are going to be the cause of their downfall because they are ****en lazy, unprofessional and inconsiderate. We are pumping money into Gbets and when we need help with our money that hasn't been credited we get treated like they doing us a favor good god...TRAIN YOUR STAFF OR GET RID OF THEM BECAUSE THEY COULDN'T GIVE TWO ****S HOW THEY TREAT US. WHAT THEY DON'T GET IS THAT IF THEY CONTINUE ****ING UP THEY WILL BE OUT OF A JOB BECAUSE NOBODY WILL TRUST GBETS
FALSE ADVERTISING AND DISRESPECTFUL AGENTS THAT ACCUSE CUSTOMERS OF DUPLICATING ACCOUNTS JUST SO THAT YOU DONT RECIEVE THE BONUS SPINS ADVERTISED. PHINDILE WAS THE AGENT THAT RAISED HER VOICE AT ME WHILST I WAS EXPLAINING MY ISSUE
I'm so disappointed in the service I received thus far , non of the agents seem to know how to listen to a customer because I'm not sure how else to explain that i have made an instant payment and still to be told that i shouldve selected the immediate payment option when I never made an EFT...Its exhausting to explain myself continuously I've asked to speak to manager but was ignored , then lied to by Victor and to put the cherry on the cake....the agent just leaves the chat..Customers will always ask questions for a better understanding but being lied to thinking that i don't know the difference between an EFT or Instant payment. The Agents need to focus more on actually gaining more knowledge on the payment system and stop wasting time trying to make your customers look like idiots by lying to them.
