While I appreciated the prompt and helpful service I received initially, the communication has unfortunately dropped off. I have been emailing for several months now without a single response. Zero Debt, zero service
Hi, seems like I have to go this route again to receive a response. And please don't phone me again to ask to remove my HelloPeter review. I received a notification from FNB today (2nd notification) - "Thank you for cooperating with the FNB Debt Review process. We have noted that your FNB Revolving Loan is the only account not receiving payment. Please contact your debt counsellor to correct this oversight". I forwarded Zero Debt the first notification on Friday, to which I received some ridiculous response. Its now Wednesday and nothing, to my knowledge, has been done. Please note that I am making you aware of the 2nd notification, via this platform. Yes, I missed three payments throughout my approximately SIX year process with Zero Debt, but these missed payments were arranged (I didn't just miss a payment for the fun of it, I backed my missed payment request with supporting docs) and your debt counsellors should have made arrangements with, and followed up (!) with my respective creditors - why I am being left to pick up the pieces every single time, having to do your work? Please attend to urgently.
