I had a great experience with FlexClub customer service via WhatsApp. Rene made the process so easy and assisted me with everything I did not understand. She was very patient, professional, and supportive throughout the process. My application was approved within a few minutes, and after making payment, Rene informed me that I could collect the car. The collection process at Avis Wynberg in Cape Town was smooth and easy, and the staff were amazing, friendly, and very helpful. Thank you, FlexClub, for bringing back happiness and hope into my life. I am now driving again!

I've been with Flexclub since 2024, their cars are new and the process was easy and seamless. Great service alround!!! Also, Rene is the best, she is pro-active and provides regular updates and she is definitely an asset to the company.

This is the worst company to use. They have no idea what they are doing. I paid for damages, and I have a refund due. Getting a refund from them its like drawing water out of a stone. Flexclub will let you as the client deal with Avis sh**** and not protect you. If its not incorrect billing, its them refusing to refund you and threating you with car collectors. Never use AVIS and FLEXCLUB
