I returned an item bought at Jet Ilanga mall and the cashier swiped my card, stating that I would receive my refund within a few days. I have been waiting since last week Thursday and I've been following up since yesterday, nobody seems to know what they're doing. Instead I'm being sent from pillar to post!! I called the store this morning and spoke with Eunice, she was dismissive and didn't want to assist, insisting that the money will "automatically" be transferred to my account. HOW LONG MUST I WAIT BEFORE RECEIVING MY MONEY????!! Such a pathetic service!

Good day I would like to lay a complaint against the following employees from Discovery insure, Collen Baloyi and Nompumelelo Siningwa. I submitted a claim on 12 May 2021 for my car to be repaired. I was advised to take it in to a panel beater for an assessment to be done, following the claim approval, I was surprised when I was asked to take it to a different panel beater for the repairs to be done. I am not satisfied with the repairs done and the condition of my vehicle; I have been communicating with the two employees mentioned above as well as the guys from Net Assess through email; none of the Discovery employees are responding on the chain of emails but have rather outsourced their responsibility to respond to net assess and the panel beaters. I have been waiting for a response for two weeks now and it's quiet, I need to know how to proceed from hereon, Claim Number 2615813
True definition of excellent client service, I was assisted by Thabo Mokoena. He kept me updated on every stage of my claim, he called me almost every hour and followed through until finalization. Top Service, Thank you ???
I have been incorrectly billed by multichoice for two months now and I've been trying to sort out the issue, instead I'm being sent from pillar to post, none of the call centre agents can assist, what's worse is that they're all working from hom and cannot put me through to any team leader. This is beyond FRUSTRATING!!!
I would like to complain against standard bank who have been keeping my money since 26 October, I was promised that my query would be resolved by 03 November but I am still WAITING!!! There's a lady by the name of Thato Thithi that I was communicating with, she promised to make follow ups with the back office and was supposed to call me yesterday morning at 10 but she has since disappeared! I have been inconvenienced enough and cannot afford to wait any longer for my money
I have been trying to get hold of the cell c legal department since yesterday in order for them to update my credit profile at transunion. I again tried this morning but was on hold for almost an hour. Can one of your staff members get back to me Please!!
