Worst service(s) ever! I live in a property managed by Jawitz Properties(Boksburg-Village Mews). I complained about cleaning services and a cat in the yard, as the property is not pet friendly. This was on the 27 of March. Instead of solving the problem(s) there's been a back and forth between them, myself and the landlord about sharing pictures, asking who the cat belongs to, that they'll communicate with the caretaker. Until today nothing had been done. It's appalling that I even have to share pictures just to get services I pay for.

I am writing to formally raise a serious compliance concern regarding the Bloemfontein branch of Jawitz Properties. There appears to be credible evidence indicating that the Principal’s Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) may be falsified or invalid, while agents operating under the company may not hold valid FFCs either. If this is indeed the case, it would mean that individuals are potentially operating in the real estate sector without the required regulatory authorization. Numerous complaints regarding this matter have reportedly been submitted to the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) by various parties, including lawyers, homeowners, tenants, and other companies. Despite this, there appears to have been little to no visible action taken to address these concerns. The matter has also begun circulating on social media platforms such as Facebook, which further highlights the growing concern within the community and the property industry. This situation is deeply concerning for property practitioners who comply with regulatory requirements, as well as for members of the public who rely on licensed and compliant professionals when dealing with property transactions. I trust that this issue will be taken seriously and properly investigated. All evidence is available at the legal department of the PPRA.

They gave us a 1year rental lease without telling us the property is on the market to be sold. They didn’t give us the option to purchase 1st even though we already staying in the house. No one came to view the property. We staying here for 4 months and today we get a call that we need to leave in 2 months because the property has been bought, now we have to pay moving expenses again and start looking for a new property. Terrible service, don’t trust them, you will be left homeless even though you pay your rent on time with no issues.

I was assisted by Maki ( Alberton & Germiston) and unfortunately my experience wasn’t positive. Communication was very poor , calls were often not answered and messages went without response at times. This made the process extremely stressful. The key handover was disorganised and not well managed. In addition , the seller failed to provide an updated house plan as renovations were done on the property. Overall, I expected a more professional and reliable service

I'd like to extend my gratitude to Sibusiso Baraza for getting a buyer for my property way quicker than I thought. His experience and dedication made the whole process stress-free for me. If you're looking for a reliable estate agent who delivers outstanding service, He is the one!

I signed an agreement of sale contract assisted by a Jawitz Properties agent. I was later told that the buyer is withdrawing the offer due to us accepting the offer a day later. The contact was brought to us by the agent on 12 August 2025 which was the same day we singed it. Infact the agent admitted that she wrote the date herself.
