Do not trust them - you will be left homeless
They gave us a 1year rental lease without telling us the property is on the market to be sold. They didn’t give us the option to purchase 1st even though we already staying in the house. No one came to view the property. We staying here for 4 months and today we get a call that we need to leave in 2 months because the property has been bought, now we have to pay moving expenses again and start looking for a new property. Terrible service, don’t trust them, you will be left homeless even though you pay your rent on time with no issues.2 replies

Terrible Customer Service
Absolutely terrible customer service. Nosipho Gumbi is rude and needs to be taught how to provide service to a client. Train your agents on how to do their jobs so they don’t end the chats or calls in the middle of a conversation because they don’t know how to do a simple task.0 replies
