Pathetic service
I am so disappointed in Makro. Ordered a fridge on 1st of December up until today I have not received it. Called customer care more than 5 times, and they will promise that I will get it the next day they have contacted the courier, come the next day and there is no delivery. Right now I do not know what to do.

POOR QUALITY
Bought 2 winter coats for R1700 each and everything was good and delivery was quick. when unpacking i saw a note saying ''No Returns'' of which i did not think much of it at that time and only realized after 2 weeks what it really meant. used my coats 3 time and only realized then of how poor the quality the coats are, i am frustrated after spending so much for such poor quality that i cant even return. It was my first and last time buy from FOREVER NEW!!!

DISSAPOINTED
I bought few items at Polo online last year October and one of the items bought was a bag which I payed R1800 for. I only used the bag three time and the stitch went loose. I contacted Polo on their facebook page, sent emails. After sometime they responded on email by someone called Claudia Gagopane who asked me to send pictures of the bag of which I did. Up until now there is no communication and when I try to call their number they it gets dropped. I am very disappointed at Polo after paying R1800 for a bag and only use it twice and form them to be uninterested in my matter.

Pathetic service
I made an online laybye and paid R5000, I was assisted by Bright Majola. After 2 days I decided to cancel my laybye I then called UFO and spoke to Bright he asked me to email my ID and proof of banking details of which I did and he confirmed receipt, it been over 9 days I decided to call him and he said he will ask one of his colleagues to do the refund, I then asked him why he is going to ask his colleague now after 9 days. He did not give me a straight answer. I want my money and this is the exact reason I decided to cancel my laybe after I leant that they are no reliable.
