My last Pendine pill for hypertension was on Tuesday morning 26 May. Fortunately I was able to get more pills from my Pharmacy to keep me going untill Marara delivers my next pills on Wednesday 3 June. How bad is that?

Had a conversation with Adrian of Marara pharmacy about my wife's outstanding cholesterol medication.Because there was no stock available,we opted for the generic option.Medicine and feedback were promised, but until now nothing happened.Medication is 2 weeks overdue.

I am 81 and find some of there commucation frustrating. I have been receiving medication some time from them now they want me to confirm my address and when I submit it I did not get any confirmation that it was completed and received succesfully.

This is such a horrible pharmacy to work with. We had so many problems to get medication on time. Script was submitted a month in advance and still medication is late. Many escalations and phone calls. Where is the customer service. You have peoples lives in your hands here and just nothing gets done.

I submitted a prescription in February, which is valid for six months, so I should have medication coverage until August. However, Marara Pharmacy did not deliver my medication this month, and they have not responded to my emails. I attempted to call today at 16:58, but the call was disconnected as it was close to closing time. This is very concerning, as my diabetic and hypertension medication is essential for my health, particularly at my age. I would appreciate your urgent assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring that my medication is delivered without further delay.

Unfortunately Bonitas has chosen Marara Pharmacy as their choice of pharmacy for their DSP for chronics for their Primary option. Their communication is appalling and today, after calling last week, their line is not working. I am having to buy a medication from my local pharmacy because they have not delivered (after I have submitted everything that is required).If my husband does not receive this medication it could mean another admission into hospital, a contributor to increased Bonitas premiums.
