not having a great experience with Webafrica but I believe they can do better, I've been having a query with my billing, where I was billed before I could use their service and have been attended by different people with different resolutions but not fixing the problem I have and have written to their customer care with no response.
Bad customer experience by DirectAxis call centre they put me on hold for over 15 minutes then they dropped my call.
poor service rendered by the internet provider, I ve seen myself paying for poor service for months snd things are not getting better when we start thing promised to be better and the customer care with technical support would be there for you only at the beggining now for several months I've been reporting bad connection but things aren't getting any better. I feel ****med by OnAir TV, they sold me lies, which I found out after the delivery of their device and I cancelled before their cooling off period but they still went and debited my account not once but twice, I feel they are in a business of ****ming people.
I am paying for buffering internet service, all these companies are the same how ca they want you to pay for buffering internet service, even worse I cancelled my DSTV subscription for their service and now this is all they could repayimg me with. worse if you terminate their service they will tell you about the bridge of contract which doesn't cover you when you are getting bad service from them. shame on you!
I previously took a contract with Telkom which was running for 24 months and prior to me disputing their debit orders, their consultants were always on call to remind me that my contract was coming to an end and if I will be extending, of which I told them I was not going to renew my contract when it runs out. They chose to ignore all those calls and continued to reload their Data without my approval to show that they are in a business of ****ming people as soon as I disputed, their debit orders they attempted to use different debiting reference numbers and started calling me and sending me messages that I owe them and I still maintain that I don't owe them anything. I booked Summer Garden in October via booking.com for a weekend away with my wife and coincidentally my wife had also made a booking directly to the establishment for the same date wanting to Suprise me, and knowing that we have booked the same place for the same day I cancelled my booking with booking.com but now Summer Garden has refused to give me the refund for the booking and I'm asking myself how was I to divide myself into two to honor both bookings on the same day.
Bad business practice I'm disappointed with how Eagle liner and Intercity conduct their business, it's no wonder @Intercape is excelling in the buses transportation business, on the 20th of October 2024 we were meant to travel from Durban to JHb on an Eagle liner bus departing on 09h00 and they dispatched a faulty bus with rain coming from the windows, passengers complained and we were sent to the Depot to change the bus going from bad to worse where the bus that was given stuck and we spent 4 hours on the side of the road and their customer care number was not working to voice our frustrations. it will hurt me to see other people going through the same thing, but nothing is in my hands, it will be fair to close down the business or have people reviewing that business.
This is the second review I'm writing in regards to Defy with AS Electronics repairs reference D07737 where I reported a faulty fridge and a technician was sent through o the 14th of December but nothing was resolved, the fridge still is not cooling on the cooler side and I want to know what will happen with the spoilt items in my fridge. Defy needs to decide and actually I deserved a new fridge from the 27 of November till date they need to review their products.
I'm disappointed at the way Defy conduct their business as an international renown brand they have set their standards low, I've logged a call reporting my faulty fridge which is still under warranty three weeks ago, they sent their technician and tested the fridge last week Friday and till now there's no communication from them meanwhile everything is spoilt in the fridge.
