Worst delivery company there is. They do not deliver on time. When you contact them they literally tell you there is no way they can contact a driver in order to update you about your delivery.
Is it not ironic how takealot operates!? They spam you with email when you leave an item in your cart but when you are looking for assistance in terms of an issue with an order pending delivery there is absolutely nobody in the whole of takealot that can be reached.

I have raised this concern twice before and twice I was ignored. I want to know how it is possible for provident fund claims that was submitted days after my claim to already be paid out yet mine is still pending. This is within the same company, within the same office, within the same department. Please I beg of you to please make this make sense.

I am honestly at a loss for words when it comes to the customer service of Herotel. A week ago I requested assistance with a transfer of my current subscription from my current address to the new address where I am moving to. Since then I have received 3 different responses from 3 different people from the same email address. Needless to say that none of these responses are anywhere near the same as to what the proper process is in this situation. At the end of the day this will result in me moving to my new address without being assisted and having to pay for a service which I am unable to use because of their incompetency.

Wow Safari Outdoor you really are clueless. So let me understand this correctly... I get ****med by someone that saw my adverti*****t on your app and my account gets banned? I was not informed by Safari or even asked what happend?! The guy refuses to pay me for courier service and I get banned? What did I do wrong Safari? Did I not package his items correctly or was the courier service to slow?? This is unbelievable.
