Spar parklands pathetic service from the cashiers, Siphosethu is very rude, the attitude I received from her this morning u would swear that I went to her house to ask for charity,the way she looked at me while was waiting for her to be ready to help, call me or greet. You wouldn't say she is was at work... She looked at me with an attitude. I waited while looking at her too. She kept quiet and continue showing me her honors at giving bad service. I am stil shocked. She realy don't deserve working with customers at all.
I was in debt review for so many years stucked, couldn't do anything, now I am great full to receive my clearance certificate today to tell me that I can start afresh with my life. I thank everyone who walked this journey with me from NDCsa I realy appreciate. Now I'm ready to reffer more people to u guys.
Pathetic service😡my husband took a bus at 16:10 from East London to Cape Town on the 31/12/2024, the bus got stucked yesterday, the 2nd bus was sent today 01/01/2025 after 2pm, I am telling you now he is still not at home, worse of all the 2nd bus also stucked yerrr, so basicaly it will take him 4 days to be at home come on guys.
I left the parcel at PnP and BP garage Green Point, That was a plastic bag with 2 nike takkies. I asked for the footage on the 2nd day of going there on the 2nd week they told me that they have checked it and they saw someone from a Quantum taking the plastic bag and they couldn't see clearly because there was an ambrella, but the story didn't add up. I asked to see the footage they promise to send it to my contact number which never happened. I have been going there since 3 weeks back and they have been telling me different stories. They told me they are waiting for the Manager so that they can send me the footage and the Manager doesn't show up everyday. Finally today I've been told that the Manager is there, I went and the Manager told me that the plastic bag was taken by 1 of their Petrol Attendants and He claimed that he left it in the canteen and he don't know who took it after wards and after hes been asked he never showed up at work again. I still want to see the footage which wasn't shown to me. The answer from the Manager was I have tried to put pressure on him but he never showed up again... I felt like They jist wanted to get rid of us who ever took it is still working for them and the reason why they don't show the footage it's because we buy there everyday meaning we will see the person. I AM SO DISSAPOINTED
I have a Data and router contract that is suppose to deduct R274 every month as per an agreement. All of a suddenly 31 March 2022 R391 was deducted from my account and I don't have an idea as to why they added R117 extra because I never ever topped up my data not a single month. All I need now is my balance for the router and they can cancel the data. When calling their call centere I held forever its just a waste of airtime.Can drop an email or contact me for my information to get an access to the account.
My husband signed for a Life Cover and would now like to cancel it.We have called no answer,We have sent emails no answer.He does not want the Life Cover anymore.If we can't reach you for simple things,how much more for the claim,because we have tried all the contacts you have provided us.
I sent someone to Claremont (Stadium on main) to go buy me tips on Saturday,she accidentally bought the wrong ones.I went to exchange them today with the till slip and I was told they cant exchange them.I would really like to know if what is the reason behind that,because I failed to understand.
I have made calls since the 13th of September 2021,doing the follow up on my provident fund claim.I was told to send the documents that were missing. I did that and confirm if they were received and the answer was yes.I waited as I was told that everything is been sent to the Admin department to process and they will take 3 to 5 days.I waited and decided to give them a call today the 21 September 2021 at 09:55 I was on hold for about 10 minutes and I spoke to Mpho who told me that he was trying to get hold of admin and admin person was on training that will take 2 hours so he will contact me and give me feedback.I waited he never called me back.I called again at 14:26 and spoke to Neo whom also put me on hold for about 15 minutes and Neo dropped the call without getting back to me.I am very dissappointed with this kind of service and I need this feedback as soon as possible
Good day,I have received tranfer of R250 on Thusrday,then on Friday I have received a call from the lady called Sanelisiwe on 0219411100,she told me that i have received R250 which was transfer by mistake so they need my concern to reverse the money and I explained to her that it was not a mistake that person was paying my money back,she understood and we closed the called,I called the person to ask whats going on and explained to her about the called I just received,she said no they called the wrong person because she made to transfers of the same amount same day so they were suppose to contact the second one and she was still in the branch(Guguletu Mall) the time I spoke to her,and she told me that the phone is on voicemail for the second person and the bank need the concern from that person,so she ended up leaving the branch,later on she told me that she just received her R250 so maybe they got hold of that person,later on the day I ran out of data so I wanted to buy myself airtime form my Capitec USSD,and it said insuffitiant funds,when i checked the balance R250 was gone,and I did receive any notification nor anything,can someone please give a proper explaination as to how this happened
On the 16th my younger sister took a bus from Cape Town that was written Khayelitsha, She took a bus at 15:02,then the bus took a route that she is not familiar to, only to find out the Golden Arrow bus is working as my citi but under cover she was told, now she had to stay on the bus and went back to Cape Town with the bus because she didn't have money to get off anywhere and take a taxi, she had to go back to cape town and took another bus at 17:39,which i found it so unfair and careless, remember its dangerous these days she got home so late around past 7pm to something to 8pm,and she had to use 2 clips on the card. The second scenario that i had a huge concern about it today 18 july i took City free way bus and there were 2 inspectors on the bus the lady and a guy,,,,, the bus got full and they were sitting down while customers were standing and the lady decided to take a nap instead is it suppose to be like that, because I found it very strange.
