Insensitive to people needs
They took 9K from me ,promised to assist in 90 days,9 months later nothing,no feedback,I must always try to get hold of them.i lost two banking jobs due to the status of my financial situation.no one is helping and not sure why they promised to help in 3 months ,tgey called me every month on the 24 to remind to pay for a service I haven’t received help from

Jaydean was very helpfull,friendly..... The 1 problem was,sometimes,i took a long time for any feedbacks. They helped me,i opend a few small accounts. My problem is ,the helped to clear my name,but on some credit bureau's they still manage to pick up old debt from 14 years ago. I paid for a service,and i feel its only half job done on this😑
