Terrible service. You wait a week or 2 for them to have availability. Then they let you know they on their way on the day then nobody comes. Then you call in, they say they’ll put you thru to the driver who then says he can’t talk his driving. Impossible to do business with people like this.
This store never fails to amaze me with their terrible service. Myself and my husband went to Toys R us/Babies R Us Canal Walk to get my 6month old baby a feeding chair as well as a walking ring. I went up to the manager who was chatting with one of the sales assistants and asked if they could please assist me in getting these items. The manager says yes someone will be with you now then the sales assistant goes off and asks other customers if she could assist them? I then waited and asked the manager again if someone could please just go and get the things I need from the store room so I could pay and leave and she says yes. Eventually the lady comes back and says she will go and get it but brings the feeding chair in a box that is opened. My husband asked her if this was a return and she said no there is nothing wrong with the item it was opened by mistake because they didn’t know they had one on display. We eventually get both the items and shop for a few other things, only to get home and find the items inside the box were mismatched and incorrect and we could not assemble the goodies. My husband then had to take it all back and it was another story. The staff at this store are beyond lazy, and have absolutely no way of speaking to customers. While I was paying for my items the lady next to me was telling another assistant how badly her service is and how she doesn’t even want to be dealing with her right now but has no other choice because she needs the items. How pathetic!
Pathetic service and extremely rude staff who thinks its okay to scream at the client because HE did not get all our things delivered and for an incorrect billing statement. First month is not even over and we are processing a cancellation. Not recommended at all!
I purchased a few things on the app, paid via pay fast and my order never got processed. Struggled to get hold of them they said I need to wait a day or 2 for feedback, it’s been 8 days and nothing and I haven’t gotten my money back either!
Placed an online order only for items to arrive short. Called woolworths online, spoke to Khanisa she said she will mail the couriers and get back to me which she didn’t. I called her back she said sorry she got no feedback. I then tried again then she was unavailable. Spoke to Ntombie, same thing happened for a few days. Spoke to Koelsum and same thing happened for a few days again. I keep having to follow up. I called again this morning (it is 2 weeks later) spoke to Noma she said unfortunately there’s no stock they’ll have to refund me which takes 5 working days. WOW. Could they not have said this 2 weeks ago? I mean really woolworths your online customer care is pathetic.
Placed an online order 5 November. It’s the 14th today and still haven’t received my order. I contacted the call centre they tell me I should just wait for the courier. I had to get ecstatic before they told me they would escalate the matter and get back to me. Only to just tell me that so I could shut up because nobody got back to me. I’ve sent emails after emails. Please advise as to what I should do. They say 2-5 days but I mean it’s way longer. HELP
Once again HORRIBLE SERVICE. 5 weeks ago I queried my bed and pedestals which were of terrible quality. They collected the items a week later and promised me a refund of almost R10 000. It’s been a month now and still no refund. I’ve dealt with 5 different people at TFG Online shopping support as the previous person is never ever available again. They promise to follow up and call you back but never ever do. How do I just get my money bac****!
Once again @Home!!! Worst service ever!!!!! I will never ever purchase from this company again! They do the worst damn business anyone could ask for. I got told I was going to get refunded for my pedestals. Only to find the amount in my bank account not corresponding. They told me they refunded me and I needed to replace the order. Now I have to pay in R400 more. I already paid for delivery and assembling of the items yet that hasn’t been refunded! I can’t get done with this company like can we just have this sorted ASAP!!!!
Worst service ever. A few weeks ago I needed to purchase a bed with 2 pedestals, however the bed was out of stock so I had to wait for them to restock before making a purchase. I then got a notification saying that the items I want was available for purchase so I made the purchase online. I got a call approximately 3 weeks later saying my items were going to be delivered. The guys came to deliver only to find out it was only the bed and not the pedestals. I called in to the online call centre only for them to tell me that the pedestals are out of stock and they cannot tell me when they will be getting in stock again. Firstly, I struggled to get a delivery date from them, now I haven't received my complete order! the items were in stock when I made the purchase and now all of a sudden no one knows when I will be getting the pedestals and nobody can assist me! The drivers who delivered and assembled my bed even advised that I should complain because they are messing with me! How do I go about this???
