Shocking service perfect pools
The worst service that I have ever experienced, plenty emails ,calls ,whatsapps back and forward and no one gets back to you to resolve your issue. I wouldn't recommend this company at all

Shocking service perfect pools
The worst service that I have ever experienced, plenty emails ,calls ,whatsapps back and forward and no one gets back to you to resolve your issue. I wouldn't recommend this company at all

Perfect Pools Tableview - Worst Service Ever
Worst experience ever from a service provider. Shoddy repair work causing huge water loss, and then never turned up to repair their messy work despite my many follow up calls and emails, even after I had approached the National Spa and Pool, Institute. Their warranty means nothing.

Perfect Pools Tableview - Worst Service Ever

PERFECT POOLS
Absolutely SHOCKING SERVICE from Perfect Pools. what should have taken a week max, we are now entering week 5!!! they are quick to take your money which you need to pay in full before they start the job and this is the kind of service you get.

PERFECT POOLS
Absolutely SHOCKING SERVICE from Perfect Pools. what should have taken a week max, we are now entering week 5!!! they are quick to take your money which you need to pay in full before they start the job and this is the kind of service you get.

Extremely disappointed with "perfect" pools. Communication is non-existent – getting hold of anyone is a nightmare. Promised call backs only happen the next day, if at all. Job has been dragging on for over 3 weeks now. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

Terrible service
Terrible service. You wait a week or 2 for them to have availability. Then they let you know they on their way on the day then nobody comes. Then you call in, they say they’ll put you thru to the driver who then says he can’t talk his driving. Impossible to do business with people like this.

Terrible terrible service, no response, not even from the owner
Getting no response from Perfect Pools Glengarry despite phoning and emailing them several times and leaving messages. I was made promises of call backs, but nothing. I have spent a fortune with them - every time they tell me to bring water to test and sell me chemicals to put in, time and time again. I have advised them it's not working, for a year now, but they keep selling me chemicals. Eventually they came to replace my sand. The water is still murky and in the process they broke off a ***** in the filter, which is now stuck - cannot get them to come and see if they will fix it despite promises that they would come to look - they are now just blatantly ignoring me. It is a year now of visits, water tests and spending a fortune on chemicals and my water is still murky, and in addition I now also have a leaking filter because of a missing *****. Judging by the other bad reviews of Perfect Pools on here, it seems I am not the only customer being completely ignored and disrespected. 1.87 rating on here - so no, it's not me, they are just terrible at customer service.
