City Power and it's employees are a disgrace. Unfortunately the oaying public have no where to turn. The electricity is for ever disappearing thru their theft and poor maintenance. However the worst part is they lie. They don’t keep the public updated at all. They are lazy and downright useless. They expect salary increases when they don't do the job they are hired to do. I am ****ed off at their slap dash attitude. It's not like we get the power for free.
Who the hell does the *********** SABC TV LICENSE DEPARTMENT think they are? On 26th February they sent out TV License Renewal Letters via email. And today they send out a FINAL NOTICE PRE-HANDOVER EMAIL. Who do you think you are and how dare you threaten me. Millions of South Africans DON'T PAY their TV Licenses. And yet those who do the SABC has the audacity to threaten. Is it any wonder that the SABC is in the financial mess it is in. You ungrateful incompetints.
I bought a Blackview Mini Computer from Matrix Warehouse Alberton, online. The service I received was awesome. Even when I set my new mini up incorrectly they bent over backwards to assist me. Thank You to, Tracy & Stefan and The Team.
I spoke to a delightful lady at Customer Services SA Post Office in Pretoria, who sorted out my concern in collecting a parcel at SA Post Office Randburg. I did not catch her name however she was helpful, precise and to the point. Thank You.
Samsung S25 Standard is a **** phone. Nothing works. Bluetooth is a joke. Bluetooth interfers with the normal sound. Earbuds can't connect. Samsung you ripped me off via MTN (Not MTN Fault) All the blame must sit at Samsungs Door. their part. What a shocking company. They take your money and don't deliver the goods. Then they have the Audacity to tell you the client to contact the supplier yourself. An absolutely Shoddy run business. They deserve to fail.
Its time for the COJ to earn its Rates & Taxes. We the residents of Johannesburg do NOT pay Rates & Taxes so that the Cadres can earn a salary. We pay to have driveable roads, Water, Electricity, Robots that work. I am tired of the robots that dont work, no supervision on that score and beggars and riff-raff directing the traffic. The potholes are as bad as the lack of electricity and water. Its time for change.
So eNatis offers to renew ones vehicle license, sends you a SMS with a website link, and you go on and give them your name & surname, mobile number, email address and vehicle registration number (number plate). They tell you the amount and that they will Courier your license to you. You pay. That is your contract with eNatis. They eNatis issue the license and they then enter into a contract with Skynet Express Worldwide Couriers to have your license couriered to you. (You don't have a contract with Skynet Express Worldwide Couriers, they do. They also declare that your license will be delivered to your doorstep within 3-5 business days. Skynet Express Worldwide Couriers sends you a SMS with your Waybill # and their telephone number, which just rings. One is unable to get thru to an agent. At this point I am ****ed off. eNatis a government institution has R1104.00 of my hard earned money and Skynet has R99.00 of my hard earned money, and I have nothing. And when you email eNatis you get an unsatisfactory reply. Just another rip-off government institution ripping the public off.
Waste of space, they don’t answer their calls, keep you hanging on the line for far too long. Don’t answer their emails. They just too big for their boots and unfortunately I have to use them because they are the company my service provider uses. On a scale of 1-10; I will give them a -5
Why offer an App, ask the client where they live, allow them to choose their delivery store and then tell them NO, you are going to tell them where to buy from. NOT ALL your stores are Flagship quality, some are real ****ty.
