No attention to detail, No verification procedures
Their product quality is good. However, the service delivery is very poor and shows a lack of attention to detail. Our driver was given the incorrect order at collection, and we only discovered this once we arrived at the event. As a result, we were left without our Flyerz materials and instead received another customer’s order. This created unnecessary disruption during an important event. Basic order verification procedures could have prevented this, but clearly there are no verification procedures in place.

SCOOT is the most useless thing ever
This is the most useless, inconvenient and most frustrating service (no service) procider out there. I placed an order and had to pay online for the delivery. 2 hours later i get a cancellation message plus refund will be in 3-5 working days. Useless

Excellent service
1st car rental in Cape Town International Airport has excellent customer service and their cars are kept in very good condition. The agent (Asisipho Mayongo) who helped me at the Airport on 01 November 2020 was very knowledgeable about their product offering, the area and she was courteous in answering all the questions I had as a client.

McCarthy Toyota Arcadia - Excellent Service
I recently bought a car at McCarthy Toyota Arcadia, I had a positive experience when purchasing my Toyota Corolla Quest 1.8 CVT at McCarthy Toyota Arcadia. Conny the sales person was very helpful, he explained the process very well and was very knowledgeable. My family and I are enjoying the car.
