Yhoo today my mom bought that 20 piece,(buy 1 and get 1 free? Whn they called her order they took the receip whwn she asked for it they said they gave it to her and she said no you did not give it to me check proparly,,that lady refused,,the reason my mom wanted to scan it so that she can get that 1 bucket for free,,,so when we went bacj to the store yhoooo,,,the called the manager,,by the name of mpho,he told us that,,he cant do anything and he said he called the area manager by the name of maria,and he said maria said she must not give us anything,,no reprint no refund and we must leave the store because we are disturbaing the business as if we are not the customers,,my mom heart was very hurt,,she was even crying because of their attitude and the responses,,and the reason we bought that 20 piece is because of that special,,and this hungry lion block aa soshanguve they are not treating us good is not for the first time they treating my mom this way
I am so dissapoited in matric college,,they are sold me a **** story,,when i wanted to register,,they told me they will place me to a nearer place for me to write my matric,,,know they sended an email saying that i must call Department of education,so tht i can be able to write but i must pay first and even after payment the is no guarantee that i wil get a place to write my exams,, yhooo am soo bored xem
I went to standard bank mabopane yhooo i waited +- 20 on the que(tellers) they where 2 consultants there after they help 1 customer the other 1 went out without saying anything to us,,i waited but the line was not moving,,i went to the branch manager to try to understand whats going on,why cany they say something to us,,yhoo the manager was on her cellphone talking to somebody,,i waited 3minutes for her to finished yhoo shr never did,i ended up leaving the branch without getting any help am so angry i dont want want lie,,and its not for the first time,,,am so done with standard bank their service is very poorer
yhoo we where treated like ******* at ackermans connect soshanguve we bought a phone on wednesday then that phone has a softwear prblm we where told to take it makuleng store to fix it,they cant take it because it belongs to hisense and phone yam they called securities on us,to throw us outside the store,the store manager she was busy going up and down not telling us anything until around 5pm she came with a phone and she was talking with the area manager(thandiwe skhosana) she was so rude that lady she even told me i cn go and report them nothing will happen to them,and as for manager(sarah)she is a big lier that one and their customer service its very bad i was so dissapoited yesterday even their customer complaint is the worst because i called them they said i must go back to the store then i went there,thats were i was told i must take that phone to hisense or at abo my friends store to fix it,,it was very bad am still shocked,,it was my first time treated like that yesterday @akermans connect soshanguve,,by the manager(sara,)area manager (thandiwe skhosana) i wil never ever set my foot at any ackermans stores again because of the experience i had yesterday,and they where so confident when they told us,,we can report them,,they wont do anything about my complain
Absa bank is the worst bank ever i want to close it their charges are rediculous tjey just deducted R 600 in my account i dont know what is it for,,i wl never refer anyone to use absa bank yhoo am so angry tomorow morning i am going to close it mxa
i was falsely accused at pep home by a cashier at mabopane station she even have the to send someone at my work place to tell me i must come back from the store because i stole pepsi,,i was hurt and i complaint but nothing from their custome service the only thing they do is "we received your ticket we will take this to area manager"so yesterday somebody called me saying the area manager is on leave(hospitalised) so i was shocked,,so now am not suprised by their behavior it because they know evev if we complain nothing is going to hapen,,we are just wasting our time complaining ,,am so hurt xem
Hy i would like to know about this mzanzi because i dont know them but they are taking my momey please FNB i trusted you with my money now your letting strangers into my account please reverse my momey i want it back they took R135 so i want my money back ASP
