Been waiting for more than 30 minutes to be assisted on the Chat service. The consultant Phuti, who’s suppose to be assisting me keeps sending me- I’ll be with you shortly, I’ve asked to be transferred to someone who can help but I keep getting the same response.

The flavour of the flaming hot Nik Naks used to be so tasty and spicy but now it seems to be watered down. There’s less chilli flavour and more cheesiness and this weird sweetness on the chips. Even the colour you can tell the chips had not been coated with the flavoured spice. I’ve been noticed this more than three times. I’ve reached a point of saying these are not worth it and I’m gonna go with another brand. The taste is different, the size is smaller (the contents of the packet are halfway the packet- Nik Naks used to fill up the packet to the brim) and the price’s gone up.
I requested for the tracking device to be tested a while ago. They call me today morning at 02:42 am, when they couldn’t get hold of me then they called my sister. What I don’t understand is why am I woken up so early in the morning and then they start scaring my family. I’m sure they must have seen the car was packed where its supposed to be and since this was only a test they could have confirmed everything during normal time.
Had such a horrible experience with one cashier that was serving on the 2nd May 2026 at 18:00. She had such an attitude that she topped with a sigh. I didn’t go there looking for smiles but good service instead of the disrespect that was shown. The pavilion has such horrible service of they not ignoring you they are plain rude. But the girl today really put the icing on the cake, never going back there again.
It has become impossible to get through to the customer service line. I was made to speak to a robot who got everything I said wrong and didn’t want to connect me to a human. When the stupid thing finally did, the answer was on hold till I ran out of minutes. I ended up not getting assistance, it has become a lot easier going through a municipality line to log a fault than getting hold of insurance. I wonder what happens when it’s really an emergency that you need to get attended. Your robot services SUCK, connect is to humans.
The service was super slow, the staff is very relax while customers wait for what seems forever to get service. The place was not busy but food was just not coming out, I waited over 40 minutes for a take away burger. Even getting my order to be taken took some time. I am definitely never going back there again.
The agreement for the debit date is always breached. I have given them a specific date to debit my account but they never stick to it. This month my account was debited five days before the agreement date. I’ve called countless times to have this sorted but it seems it never does. I might as well go look for another insurer who will stick to the terms of our agreement. 1st for women please understand that the money on my account is not yours to do as you please with, debiting my account on the day that was not agreed upon is you breaching our contract and *****ing from me, your money will be there on the day that was agreed on and should only be collected then. What you are doing is ridiculous and unacceptable
I was assisted by Nokuphiwa, she was such a great help in assisting me with lowering my premium she even offered me a discount on my next month’s premium. She was great to talk to and the call was very fruitful. Thank you again Nokuphiwa, keep up the great work.
The store is located in the rural areas in Bergville. The food prices have increased dramatically since the lockdown, the town is made up of most old people who receive government grant and unemployed youth. This store has taken advantage of the poor as they have nowhere else to do their shopping, the town has very few shops and this is popular amongst the locals. The locals are mostly uneducated who do not know of their rights and this store is taking advantage. What they are doing is absolutely appalling and something needs to be done immediately.
