I am shocked at how TFG online has dealt with their sales and out of stock for the 2019 black friday. I placed an order on 27 November to buy their vergara modular couches. All the stores i visited had stock of the couches and was encouraged to place the order on line as most stock will come from their DC. my order was finalized and processed on successfully, only for me to receive an email saying that the order was cancelled a few days later. they did not provide a valid reason, and further to this i still have not received my refund. It frustrates me to further investigate that the order was cancelled on black friday, but after several visits to different stores the managers informed me that they sold their last units on the saturday/ sunday after my order was cancelled. This tells me that the customers who bought after me were given the sale in store and 100's of customers who bought on line were just shoved off. I have no asked for my refund and its lost in Limbo somewhere between TFG and the banks pending transfer.
I am devastated by the lack of order and customer care that was given to my issue at Cielo. i purchased a sleeper couch which was delivered damaged, slightly torn and the zip kept breaking when i converted from sofa to bed. I scheduled a pick up and instead they issued me with a second couch which is still laying at my house!!! i have called a few times urging them to process my refund, however the customer agent Nosibulelo insisted that she can not refund me until she receives the second couch. We have waited for over a week for the couch to be collected and as i type this mail it still has not been collected by time freight. I have now gone several weeks with no couch to sit on, a huge couch in a massive box sitting in my small house. and in addition to this. I have not received my refund due to their negligence. Really disappointed in the lack of communication from their side. Mistakes happen, but to just not take my calls or respond to my emails is an insult
Just property is a let down to the real estate industry. Never have i met such disorganized, rude and pathetic Portfolio managers. Water bills were never sent to us on time- we would request them and get no response. We sat in the house with a clogged kitchen sink for two weeks because they were busy in the office and could not follow up with the plumper. The had incorrect wording in the lease which stated that we do not pay fore waste disposal and sewerage, but they billed it to us none the less. when we queried it they agent said it was his mistake and they acted like it was fine! that is a clear breach of contract. Now we are waiting for feedback on the lease and that sad case of a manager at the N1 City branch in Cape town refuses to respond to us.
I am utterly disgusted that vodacom has taken 2 premiums of our account with no installation of the fiber at our home.My husband and i arrange for our fiber to be moved from one area to our new house in October 2018. It is now 2019 and still nothing has been done, however Vodacom is enjoying the premium they have deducted. Everytime my hubby calls they say that someone will call him back. After 10 calls a day, everyday for the past month - we still have not had any feedback. In addition to their lack of customer care, the body corporate had advised us that the service provided that vodacom wanted to go through was actually not approved to provide services to my complex. So not only are they dishonest with their deduction. They lied to us to about coverage! Sies Vodacom! I want this contract cancelled.
If you ever want to be severely heart broken and disappointing- Then i would suggest that you use Mirraw. I am an Indian South African and we really only use traditional wear for special occasions such as weddings. I ordered two outfits in July for this occasion. I have not received my outfits yet. I called everyday for the past two weeks and i was promised that my package would be here in time for this wedding. I am very sad to report that the package was only dispatched yesterday and i will not have my garment that i paid R 2000 for this wedding. to add to the disappointment- i have asked them for a refund and they refuse to assist me.
I am absolutely shocked at the number of fraudulent accounts opened with Justine Avon. I use to be a huge fan of these products but i will no longer support a business that does not have strict credit checks and procedures. its been a few weeks and i have had no feedbck on the account that was opened on my name, in a different city to where i live. While i was heavily pregnant. The account has been outstanding for over 2 years and i only found out about this while applying for a bond. I have asked Avon to investigate this as a matter of urgency as the amount that is outstanding is massive and the banks are waiting for them to clear it before they move forward. How long can it possibly take to solve this matter- or are there so many fraud cases that you guys have that you can not solve in a timely manner?
