good day, I've been at the table bay branch since 11am this morning and finished at 5pm. when I got there, I realized the process started was different to what I had requested (a tint instead of highlights) I asked the lady what she was doing and what she explained to me seemed part of the process. I rectified the situation which ended up costing me more than I was quoted (not happy at all about this). after she dried my hair and paying 1200 I left with orange-like roots and my ends were darker than they were before. I cannot express to you how unhappy I am, I am in a wedding next week and you can imagine how embarrassing this is going to be?! also it was a half head of highlights. my hair is darker than what it was before I went in and roots are orange. I have noticed you do not comment of your reviews so I will post this on every platform until I get a response

I had shoulder length hair and requested a short bob - precision cutting (the bubble look) and shaven at the back. Asked the stylist if she can cut according to the picture as if she couldn’t I would have left to find another stylist that can. My hair was basically destroyed. Too short, thinned out to the extreme not looking closely to the picture. When I noted to the stylist that I love the bubble cut she said she doesn’t. That was when I should have realised that it was too late. She cut way more off than she had permission to do. I told her that I was getting married next year. She messed up badly. How do you fix this? Table Bay Mall Tosca not recommended at all. Cannot trust them.

<p>After the service I received there the day I came in, how disinterested and rude everyone was, even at the front. They may have a big name but it doesn't mean any of the employees need to act like they're doing any favours. We paying you to do what we want. Everyone looks so miserable / irritated. I am so put off of Tosca in general.</p> <p> </p> <p>Extreme disappointment with the service I received when I came in to the store in Tygervalley.<br />I had gone for a haircut, previously, I can't remember the girls name, which went very well. She was friendly and listened to what I wanted. Which would make me want to come back.</p> <p>I then came and got eyelash extensions. She did a great job a was also very friendly. Though I have barely put mascara on and my eyelashes do not fall out, they seem to have come out very quickly.</p> <p>I then went back....and spoke to some girl with pinkish hair and a nose ring. <br />It was regarding bleaching my hair. Now I am not stupid, I know it's an expensive and long process. But she made me feel like she was very disinterested in what I had to say. I was friendly and she looked like she'd rather be doing anything else than talking to me. <br />She seemed miserable and bored with my questions. </p> <p> </p> <p>They then sent me an email apologizing then asking me what I want done about my lashes????</p> <p>TOSCA should have told me what they will do for me.</p> <p> </p> <p>My temper isn't the best and they really pushed my limits.</p>

Had theee best experience at Tosca Hair Salon very recent. I went for a hair cut (only) on 08/09/2015, the stylist that gave me the cut was really nice and I enjoyed his conversation. However he unfortunately cut my hair too short at the back for me to manage on my own, initially before he started I've mentioned that I did not want it too short at the back and only saw once he was done that it was too short for me to manage on my own.<br> <br> On my way out I mentioned to Meaghan that should I not be able to manage I will have to come back in order for them to assist me. She responded, no problem they'll gladly assist me. Which they did! When I called back there was no issue and she schedule me and went back and didn't have to pay. Herself and Jessica was such great company and I really enjoyed my experience with my unmanageable not wash and wear hair (which they understood) So thank you Meaghan and Jessica for being yourselves.
