The new whatsapp is horrible and user friendly.. I sent an email 2days back requesting to be sent the claims form for reembursment i haven't received ansy feedback. I sent a new massage on whatsapp, it says it attached the form which it didn't... Am so irritated with the new whatsapp as getting authorization or a call from a doctor takes more than 4hours. Like really??? Whats the other way to communicate? Am so annoyed right now
Unprofessional service from Vuma, i requested an installation via Afrihost which was not a hustle since already at my moms house in JHB we have vumatel. Tell me why here in Durban i have to wait 2 weeks for installation, am sitting with a router which was delivered but the guys who called and said they coming to do an installation did not pitch. What kind of service is this??
Worst customer service received from the call center agents. Being transferred from one department to another just wasted 20 minutes of my day. I called because i cannot make inter account transfers, i was transferred to the ***** department. A guy called mxolisi checked and advised that the issue is not from their department, then he transferred me back to customer service. I spoke to a different person and he then said its not their issue. I was supposed to be transferred to the digital department, I was so annoyed and hanged up after 20min holding the phone i couldnt get help. What is the purpose of customer care if they are clueless in what they are doing? Should i now visit the bank to get help? Terrible service.
I have been with OUTsurance for 7years. and am happy with the service is always receive from them, the consultants are always ready to assist, well informed and very much friendly. I also moved my second home insurance from STD. Am happy!!!

what a rude service i received today from AMBER, asking her about the money that keeps on being debited in my account when they debited twice in November. December debited R59 saying its for penalty, while they still have my balance. Can i receive a clear answer to this. Am not happy and the customer care is rude with my money. yeses! because i know January they will still debit.. cant wait for my contract to end so i can change this ******* cartrack.

Am happy with all the branches i go and buy hungry lion. The chicken and the burgers are always fresh. But i wouldnt say the same about some branches like Tembisa mall and Alexandra branch, the service is horrible. Durban Musgrave service is not to bad.
I thought i was being unfair until i saw the reviews on hellopeter about this business. Definitely they sell ROTTEN chicken and chicken wraps. i tried complaining on google maps they just chose to ignore me. Am honestly shocked how many people are unhappy about this business. you should close down if you going to sell rotten food.
