I recieved a free 30 day subscription in December 2025 because I had not been using DSTV for a few months son in 2026 I wanted to reconnect and to my surprise, now im owing close to R1000 , I leave it and today I call the call center again now im told I owe R700 and something again I ask why and apparently its because of the free subscription I got in December im now in debt , what in the false advertising is this im so mad right now
I purchased shoes online and even though the fit was perfect but the straps are tight. So i went to my local Miladys to return and to my surprise i was told if i do not exchange for anything else i could only get a gift voucher of which i didn't want i wanted my cash back . Its really ridiculous. In other stores you can purchase online and return to a store no questions asked and since i lost the courier packet it was delivered with now i'm stuck with shoes that are too tight.
Telkom Tap2win checkers vouchers are a **** , i won a checkers voucher from the telkom tap2win competition and every time i tried to use it at checkers it would be invalid and guess what even the cashiers said they never work, telkom why are you deceiving your customers like this.
So i had 2 orders from KwaDukuza Hungry Lion that had missing items , i would go back and report it at the till point and the cashers would just brush it off , so on the last order i noticed that no chips were added and i called the hungry lion call center and reported the issue and was told to expect a call from Hungry Lion KwaDukuza of which i never did , weeks later i receive a email that they cant get hold of me in my number bull **** because no one has ever called me , they don't respect nor value there customer and never acknowledge there mistakes. How can you lie about failing to get hold of someone its unnecessary and ridiculous.
Tymbank put my account on debt hold , I have called them numerous times to resolve this issue with fail I had a terrible New years eve with no money and now I can't go back to work because of them. I hate this bank
It's been more than 12 hours now we cannot use Tymbank app or withdraw, I personally have lost so much business in one day , this is beyond ridiculous.
I reported a complaint about poor service that i recived from one of the pedros branches and wrote a complaint on the website , i recived feedback of 3 emails and one was closing my case without any consultation or feedback , how can a matter be resolved within 5minutes and closed without reaching out to the person that had a issue. Its not only the pedros branches that has poor services but it seems like the company as a whole has a issue with customer service.
I joined liberty life in 2023 to get funeral policies for my parents and to my suprise in January my premiums were almost R2000 , i didnt pay much attention to it but i started looking for other options due to afforability, ok i managed to to get a cheaper option than i requested my profile to cancel my policies i wanted my policie numbers , and to my suprise the broker added two people to my policy ( people that i dont even know) how were these people added without my notification? so i managed to stop the debit order as of May 2024. Since than i have requested a refund of my money to date i have been given the run around , i have called numerous times and filled the requested forms went to the SAPS for an affidavit as per request but still no money has been recived. i was ****med by both the broker and liberty life because how do you add a policies to someone without there knowledge and approval. All i want is my money back
I kept on receiving texts from UNISA saying i owe the amount of R1080.00 so eventually i called them and i was told that i owe R3000 for a course that i didn't even do the last time i studied at UNISA was in 2021 , how is it possible that someone can register under my name and write exams when i didn't even receive any study material or even assignments.
I sent a complain to KFC customer care after i wasn't happy with the food i purchased , they swiftly rep**** asking for my receipt etc. , so i did that and i received no phone call or email until last night they sent a SMS saying they are closing the case because they cant get hold of me , when did they try to get hold of me and how. KFC customer care is just as *********** as there restaurants.
