awful experience with not discussing any fees applicable to account and just been added on account left right and centre all the time without telling the customer what going to be added to account. When asking for acc statement and each item debited and what more then you only received your payment with date= what an awefull experience with miladys

I ordered 2 pairs of jeans online, so that I could benefit from the promotion they were offering on the purchase of 2 pairs with a courier cost of R125. The wrong size was delivered. I took them back to Miladys Benmore, who told me to contact Customer Srevice who would sort it out.. Well, that was a waste of airtime as the lady made no effort to assist. She told me the jeans were sold out, but they are still available online??She told me I had to go back to Miladys Benmore; to return the jeans It took them over 30minutes to refund my money. They told me I must reorder online if I want the jeans. Only problem with that is that the courier service costs R125, which I have paid once to receive the wrong jeans. Now they expect me to pay it again.? ., What a insult. Many other stores sell jeans Milady's you have lost a loyal customer.

What an wonderfull store or staff including the manager well done it must be the best miladys I have ever been in. Keep up the good work and wonderful service loved to shop at that store will recommend everyone to go visit them at west cost mall. Thank u again for all the laughs u made my day and took some of the life stress away.

I am so sick of bad service at canel walk. Miladys staff and Gogo the store manager are so rude really. They are rude doint want to help I hate going to that store for the bad service I was there Thursday 16 April 2026 and just had it. I love the clothes but please can someone please send the staff for training or go to vredenburg miladys and go see what good service is all about. Canel walk staff and manager will never lift an finger to help an client and everyone is talking about it I am an hairdresser in the aria and most of my clients are also not impressed. I bought items at another branch and wanted to exchange at canel walk first the rude cashier say I can't do it on the same day I must come back tomorrow. Then gogo the manager come with her attertude and say I must to back to where it was bought I have the receipt and the pop so where does it say on the return policy that I need to go to the same branch and I must wait till it suits u to return the items that I am not happy with? I am so annoyed and then I go home in an bad mood because of that store!!!! Be careful.... I would advise everyone to go to Contempo much better service.

I had such a great experience at Miladys Mall of Tembisa I was assisted by Mohau , and she was really amazing, friendly and patient, and she really made me feel comfortable while shopping. Her positive attitude and great service made my shopping easier and memorable. Thank you very much Mohau from Mall of Tembisa for the excellent customer service

I purchased shoes online and even though the fit was perfect but the straps are tight. So i went to my local Miladys to return and to my surprise i was told if i do not exchange for anything else i could only get a gift voucher of which i didn't want i wanted my cash back . Its really ridiculous. In other stores you can purchase online and return to a store no questions asked and since i lost the courier packet it was delivered with now i'm stuck with shoes that are too tight.

I am very disappointed. I went Miladys whale coast mall to pay my daughter's account as I do every month. I was informed that I need her physical card to pay the account. This is ridiculous as I want to pay not buy. Now I have to drive all the way home, collect the card and drive all the way back to pay the account. I can not understand why I need the physical card to pay the account. How can I ***** my own money when I am paying a account. Now I will be charged interest for late payment.

Miladys'application processing and accounting was disastrous from the start. Their helpline dies not respond straight away , but they send you a feedback survey link immediately, which is completed already when you receive it. I will never again use.my account, but closed it bcz of this. Staff at Glengarry is exceptional.
