The service I received from that dealership is so pathetic to say the least. Brought my car in for service and I was told about a 20km drop off. When the car was purchased I was not informed about the 20km radius drop off. Suddenly im told about these! Can this clauses be disclosed when we purchase vehicles so we know if we can purchase at those specific dealers. I have a preference because I purchased the vehicle there and I'm comfortable servicing there .. Jan was adament that I will not be dropped off if it's not within the 20km radius. I'm very disappointed with the service I received.
The shoprite in trade route mall it just recently opened and the store does not have access to a printer apparently the printer is not working the service is so appalling the manager or whoever that was assisting me couldn't be bothered about the fact that the printer is not working she was more focused on eating it was it is so bad for a store that just recently opened up
It's so difficult to get to them when you have a query yet it was easy for the consultant to get hold of you when assisting you with the policy. Now you can imagine how difficult it will be when you need to put a claim through. The lady that they have as first line of contact Rachel her line need to be fixed as she's not doing justice for the business Calling more than 4 times not to get any assistance is very worrying. The lines are bad like I'm disappointed in there services
The customer service team is so rude I wish someone can listen to how the consultant was talking to me. Her name is kagisho modisa The tone she used with wow. To query my account as certain information was not disclosed to me when I took out the contract and the way she spoke to me as a customer I'm shocked till now. Telling me if I don't let her explain to me she won't assist me escalate the matter for me. It's best I go back to the store where I took the contract to find out what happened. I just want assisted with this contract to pay off this handset.
The service at pedros trade route mall is the worst they are so slow even though the managing lady trys her best to be as quick as possible but the other ladies at the tills lungile her attitude is the worst... We cant be waiting for over 1.30 for our meals.
I would like to say big ups to jenal chetty from the lifestyle desk.. What great service she has been giving me with all the horror i was experiencing as a new client... She took her time dealing with me.. We need pple like her she deserves a spa voucher from managment for her exceptional service..
I have been calling inn to the company to query my acc as i want to pay ot off. And today a consult acting on behalf of matshepo was so rude towards me. Even hung up the phone on me when i informed her that I dont have a salary date but funds will be available on the acc to pay it off so if she hangs the phone on me how do i conclude with arrangements to pay off the account.. The service we get is bad especially if its the client calling in to resolve they acc...

The service I received at pick n pay trade route mall from a manager named maggie if thats her name coz she didn't even have her name tag on was horrible. I was not feeling well at all as i had surgery a few days ago and went to her to pls ask the xpress tellers to let me pay by them coz im not okay and i was just paying for 6 items. The attitude i got from her was something else she just didn't care about what i was saying. She said she cant give me preferences even after i showed her the condition in im.. She said they are old pple who have diabetes and everything else but are still standing in the line so whats special with me coz if she does that than everybody will be sick. They is nothing she can do. I must ask any of the express tellers to assist me if they will also want to do so. But in essence her service was bad she just did care or is it because im black hence she saw the need to address me the way she felt like..
Boxer trade route mall is the worst when it comes to service.. I dont see the point of having 18 till pay points and only operate 6 of them at month end.. Rather discard the ones that are off service so we know that when you wait in the queue its because they are less till points... The service is the worst for a mall...
