The service I received from that dealership is so pathetic to say the least. Brought my car in for service and I was told about a 20km drop off. When the car was purchased I was not informed about the 20km radius drop off. Suddenly im told about these! Can this clauses be disclosed when we purchase vehicles so we know if we can purchase at those specific dealers. I have a preference because I purchased the vehicle there and I'm comfortable servicing there .. Jan was adament that I will not be dropped off if it's not within the 20km radius. I'm very disappointed with the service I received.

I wish I checked these reviews before doing business here. I bought a car, it was the worst painful process. Nothing they promised me happened on time. I had to ask for feedback every second day. They told me they will not deliver my new vehicle, after a few phone calls they delivered which is part of a normal service offering. I have bought vehicles from other dealers and it was nothing like this. The person doing the finance, Werner, blatantly **** to me a couple of times, when I asked him about it he changed his approach. I had to get a third party to assist with my finance and then they also did not want to accept that because they are losing the sale with many different excuses. The first 2 days I had my new car I realised the break light was not working. They told me to go to Midas and buy a globe and install it myself. That's terrible. When I then said I dont think its the globe I was told to take it to my nearest garage my car is still under warranty. This is not at all the experience I have had with other dealers and I would not advise doing business through them.

I called and made a booking for a service and explained that it was going to be paid for by Innovation, they gave me a Saturday(7th March) and they said they will call on Friday to remind me but instead sent me a WhatsApp. Got here and I was told that an agreement was supposed to have been done by Suzuki and Innovation during the week because Innovation doesn't open on Weekends. I wasted my petrol and time to come here for nothing,I am beyond being disappointed by Suzuki

I want to express my gratitude towards this branch. On 2 x occasions I needed special parts for my Suzuki Spresso's. I have 2. All other branches in Gauteng I contacted did not have stock but when I contact this branch requesting help, then help is given immediately. Never have to wait for stock / parts. I want to thank the team at Suzuki IPOP JHB South for their excellent service

I am not happy at all.i am so tired nd disappointed with.ccvme team and Ipop team.i put a claim 3 weeks ago.still today nothing happened.when I ask questions no one answers correctly.no one wanna take a blame .who is responsible for this .i dont a courtesy car,when I ask for courtesy car I was told I can’t have it.because I didn’t buy a Suzuki or chery. Wow I was not told before I buy a car this wil heppnd.so what is a reason to have a warranty.if they can’t able to assist me.this 2 company they don’t take me seriously or care about me a a customer.

Brought my car for the first service there they said the car is 100% okay,after that been hearing weird noise(3 different sounds)when i am braking,brought it back they said the car is fine they just cleaned the pads and the other noise it just ABS reacting(80km) it normal mindyou i did mention that when they test driving it i want to be there,they did not do that,Result from them : they said it normal i insist to test drive the car with them and the test driver did confirm that there is a problem,same test driver who said the car was good,They gave me incorrect result several times and they **** to Me.When i came i told them it a business car they have to do proper checking but they did not.I am making a loss business side and wasting my time by keep coming back.Awaiting to see what they will do Tomorrow Saturday(13/02/2026) So disappointed💔Be careful and also do test drive your car with them to confirm if it still okay or not. Unprofessional.

In 2022 I bought a car from them. I was promised my spare key and service book and no help was provided. I begged, complained and the rep was no help. I bought a car again in Feb 2025 there i told the sales rep to assist me in getting the stuff owed to me he said he will i followed up numerous times and still no help. The second the reps get their commission they forget about you. I would not recommend buying a car or signing papers until they make sure to get you everything that was promised with the car.
