Why do you keep on sending messages that my service has been suspended even if my account is up to date? I spoke to one of the consultants, but you still keep on sending me 10 plus messages per day stating my services has been suspended?? Now Evotel has sent me a message to say they are sad to see me go. What is going on with your systems and processes?? I want feedback before close of Business today and what is going on as this is ridiculous!
How is it possible that my bank can just reverse a payment made to me. When i phoned in to query this i was told that it takes 30 days for feedback on this query which is a ridiculous TAT! This is my money and has caused some of my payments not to go through on my bank account due to this. I have never ever heard of a bank reversing a payment that was made!!
And here we go again... Cell C didn't debit my account. Tried to reply to the email received from Subscriber Collections but their email address shows "couldn't be found"? If my line gets suspended again I am escalating this matter to the Ombudsman.
Cellc didn't debit my account as per our debit order agreement that has been running every month successfully except for this month and they can't give me a reason for this and now my line gets suspended???
I spent 1 1/2 hours holding for Sars and finally got to a consultant and asked if i could please change my cell number as there is no option to select your email address for the OTP. She advised that someone would phone me in 72 hours to assist me with this and took down my new cell number. It has been a week now and still no call?
And here we go again, my number is completely disabled. This is now the second time this is happening without any communication once again! And no you won't be able to get hold of me as you disabled my number so it states "the number you have dialed does not exist"! Please phone me on this alternative number - 082 367 6064.
Please urgently assist me as my number suddenly states that it doesn't exist on the network if someone tries to contact me?
I received an email stating that from 1 September my line was going to be upgraded at no additional costs which i was very grateful for and whilst working this morning, i get an email from Evotel stating that my contract has been cancelled and gone is my internet! I am connecting on my laptop from my cellphone's data and have been sending emails from this morning to try to find out what is going on and it is 13h30 in the afternoon and no reply! Tried the Whatsapp platform and guess what, that is also not working! I want this resolved asap as i pay my account on time every month so i expect a Service for the fees i pay.
My Vodacom contract is coming to an end at the end of June. I contacted Vodacom to review my contract as i will be overseas for 9 months and i don't need the current limitless red premium package. My needs confirmed to the consultant were that i only wanted data and wanted to be able to share my data with my family as i currently do on a monthly basis. I also asked him to only start this contract when my contract ends so that i do not have to pay any cancellation fees. To my disappointment just as i arrived overseas i realised that i couldn't share any data anymore and that i was removed from the red package with all the rewards and benefits and this new data contract was already activated. Please assist me urgently via whatsapp as i can't receive any phonecalls or make any phonecalls or alternatively contact my friend who is posting this complaint on my behalf.
