Terrible food
I decided to order easy meals as I am busy at work, and even though I love to cook, time is an issue. I wish I had looked deeper into the reviews and seen all the more recent reviews of which many are not good. I bought a 12 selection of 1kg meals. What a mistake! Mac and cheese - bland with soggy pasta, watery after being prepared. Odd taste. Had to make another meal for the kids. Spaghetti Bolognese - spagetti undercooked, generous amount of meat sauce, again bland and watery. Had to make another meal. Beef Lasagne - Bland, with pitiful amount of mince and sauce. Chicken Korma - Disgusting! Rice almost raw, lots of water. The korma spices were raw and the chicken tasted off. Had to make another meal as the korma was inedible. Didn't even give it to my dogs! And yes, followed the cooking instructions exactly. I now have a bunch of meals in the freezer, that I think will be gross. So that it is not wasted I am wondering if I should invite the Cleo's team over for dinner to experience their own terrible food. What a waste of money!

Food is good, accuracy and professionalism is not
The food is actually pretty good. The competence required to fullfill an order accurately, or correct it in a timely fashion however is lacking, along with decent communications regarding delivery timelines. If it doesn't matter when it arrives, and you don't mind some suprises, go for it. Otherwise shop elsewhere

Excellent, delicious and great quality. Lovely variety
As someone that has a living of basically only work and no time to cook good wholesome meals or even have time to make food, I found the quality and products exceptional from Cleo's Kitchen. The delivery was swift, professionally packed and cold when it arrived. The taste of the food is delicious and has a lovely variety with the Meal Box options. Very Pleased! And beyond impressed. Thank you for making my life easier and proving such services :D.

Great and friendly service,placed an order but unfortunately I fell out of their delivery range,requested that they refund me,process was simple and easy and received my refund without any delays or hassles,looking forward to order from them again

I placed above order on the 7th of May 2024. I was bought to the impression that since it not yet being the middle nor the end of the month I would get my order as per your terms and conditions set out on the website 2 business days? That would make delivery Thursday afternoon?? I had people over the weekend and I was supposed to cater for any extras, and since my order did not arrive on time I had to go and make additional purchases. I really thought I would get my order on time and seeing that it is also my first order. The little you guys could do was at least send a text or email advising that it is not the case. I am now trying to chat to someone via WhatsApp chat and it take 1.5 hours just to answer a simple question??? It is a big shame as I for one have heard only good about cleo’s kitchen, however ordering for a first time and receiving this kind of service. I would say I am not impressed at all!!!!!
