Bought a jacket on the 6th June, nothing till now, when you call it's automated for one to just leave their number. Don't know how else to get in touch
I bought a tablet online as a gift for the weekend after calling to check the specs, they confirmed it was a 7inch, the next after purchase I got a call to let me know that the speaker wasn't working, I asked again on the specs & the lady confirmed. I paid for delivery, when I got home I instantly called them to let them know it wasn't 7inch but bigger. This is 4 days later of me calling, following up, shouting & throwing tantrums only yesterday when I called to speak to the store manager be told just before 4pm, sorry we don't have a 7inch, we know it was a gift all the best & well process your refund next week From sales to the store manager they were not moved by my problem, I had to continously call so I could be helped. We buy online out of convenience but this was the worst experience ever. I sit now, no gift n having to wait for a deposit which I'm sure I will have to follow up on
I bought 2 kimonos on the 1st May, to date I haven't received them, when I call they won't refund & keep saying they'll post them, we almost in mid November I don't know what to do :(
Terrible service, the time I bought was no loner available when I tried to get something else for the same value they didn't understand, weeks later still awaiting my refund back.... Let's a bitter taste in my mouth
I bought last month from Midstream, till today I still can't licence the car because of tickets owing on the car. I called the sales agent together with the manager and I've been given the run around. I went there today & never have I ever been spoken to like that by the Manager where he told me his busy. All I want is to licence a car I bought from them but I have to keep chasing them up. So so so disappointed
Just called vodacom because I noticed my airtime is finished with no calls, the lady said she doesn't know what it is but I subscribed on the 4th March at R10 a day, she then told me how to unsubscribe, it says unsubscribe from VODACOM services. It's a reap off, with no apology or explanation just that I shouldn't recharge till tomorrow else it will also finish How many more people is vodacom taking from....
