Good day, I would like to log a formal complaint. I previously contacted one of your consultants at Massmart to request pre authorization for a 4D maternity scan. I was clearly informed that no pre authorization is required for this type of claim, and that I could go to any 4D scan provider, pay for the scan, and then submit the claim to be reimbursed. At no point was I advised that a practice number was required. I went to Baby scan and wellness Centre for the 4D scan, and they confirmed afterwards that they only have a registration number, not a practice number. Had I been informed upfront that a practice number was required, I would have gone to a different provider. Because of the incorrect information provided to me by the consultant, I went ahead with the scan in good faith. I have now submitted the claim and proof of payment, and I request that this matter be reviewed so that I may be reimbursed. Thank you

I scheduled and paid for a virtual consultation through the app. At the scheduled appointment time, the doctor did not join the consultation. I remained in the virtual waiting room for over 10 minutes. Thereafter, I contacted the doctor directly to enquire about the missed appointment. The doctor informed me that he has asked to remove himself from the platform, stating that he does not receive his payment when consulting via the app and therefore no longer uses it. As a result, the consultation never took place. When I requested a refund, the doctor advised that he is unable to process refunds and that this must be handled by the platform. I then contacted the platform directly, however, I have not received any clear response, solution, or guidance regarding how my refund will be processed. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience. I paid for a medical consultation that did not occur, and I am now being referred back and forth between the doctor and the platform without accountability or resolution. I kindly request urgent assistance in processing my refund and clarity on the refund procedure for consultations where the service provider fails to attend the appointment. I trust this matter will be addressed promptly.

Absolutely disappointed with this service. I returned a faulty power bank that came with my iPhone 16 Pro Max bundle from Dress My Tech and was promised a refund in eBucks. It’s been over four months, and despite multiple follow-ups, there is still no refund or any meaningful update. The lack of accountability and poor communication is unacceptable. I expected far better. I strongly advise against purchasing through FNB's "Dress Your Tech" offering—neither FNB nor Dress My Tech takes responsibility when something goes wrong, leaving customers stuck and unsupported.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service from Dress your Tech. When the package finally arrived, the Powerbank received was Faulty. I tried numerous times for this company to collect the faulty unit to replace it. A week has passed and they have not collected the faulty unit. This is unacceptable!
Not recommended: Ribs and Burgers the Neighbourhood Square advertises a buy-one-get-one-free offer for both burgers and ****tails on the Entertainer app, but only allows you to use it for one item—not both as advertised. Staff initially confirmed both deals could be redeemed, which was misleading and led to unexpected costs. This feels like false advertising and is disappointing for customers.
i would not recommend purchasing from the Apple Tree store. They do not honor the specials they advertise. Even after payment, the advertised discounts are not app****. I’ve tried reaching out by phone and email, but have received no response. Check your slips before you leave this store!! Highly disappointed!
Do not insure your car with these people. They are so overpriced. I have received much better rates from other insurance companies for R350 less a month( same benefits) and they do not want to review my policy after almost 3 years. I have been claim free 6 + years. Also I can’t cancel with them now due to my out bonus in March. After this I will definitely cancel with them. They increase your premium yearly with so much. Whilst other insurance companies decrease your monthly payment as your car depreciate
Bad experience with this store. Ordered items they failed to deliver one of the items now more than 40 day and still waiting for a refund.
