Dress your Tech
Based on recent customer reviews, Dress your Tech receives sharply divided feedback. A recurring theme among satisfied customers is praise for individual agents like Takalani, Nikita, and Masana, who are described as helpful, patient, and efficient. However, customers consistently raise serious concerns around unauthorised debit orders, vouchers linked to partners such as Vodacom, Telkom, RCS, and Capitec, faulty products, delayed or undelivered orders, and unresolved refund requests. Many shoppers describe escalations that never receive feedback, reflecting persistent frustration with after-sales support, communication, and accountability across the order lifecycle.

I am reporting what appears to be unauthorized/*****ulent debit orders linked to Dress Your Tech. I have never opened an account with this company and have never bought anything from them. On 24 April 2026, my account was debited R149 with this description: DYT AA9843466 260424 Reference: AA9843466 My banking app shows this debit arrangement was created on 11 March 2026 and updated on 11 April 2026, without my knowledge or authorization. I immediately went to my bank on 24 April to dispute the transaction. I was assisted and informed that the debit order had been stopped. However, today at approximately 01:23, another debit of R149 went through: DYT AA9843466 260525 This is extremely concerning because I had already reported the matter and believed it had been blocked. I am requesting: Immediate investigation from Dress Your Tech Proof of any alleged mandate/account opened in my name Cancellation of any debit authority linked to my details Refund of unauthorized debits Consumers should be aware of this issue, especially if they notice unexplained “DYT” debit orders on their accounts.

I received a voucher through Vodacom and have ordered on 2 occasions and had to return the products twice, as they sent a broken alarm clock with an incorrect usb & a laptop stand with missing clips after confirming on whatsapp that the clips are in the package. They are utterly useless & as ***** as hell. Its pointless apologizing if you do not improve. Stay away from them - how are organizations like Vodacom partnering with such pathetic & irresponsible, "mickey mouse" companies, boggles the mind!

After I battled a month to get service out of Dress Your Tech, and after a furious fight with Capitec (Dress your Tech) is part of their loyalty program I am still not refunded after a month!!! Dress your tech’s newest story is that they refunded me on a gift card which I never agreed to. They all make promises that they will get back to you when you complain but they never do. Capitec says its not their problem…. DO NOT BUY FROM DRESS YOUR TECH!!! Its the worst service I got in my life from any company.

I had had a debit order leave my RCS account in exchange for voucher to the value of R500.000 from Dress your tech, this had been authorised by me, but here is where the problem lies, the monies went off my account and the only voucher number I had received was to the value of R102.00. I enquired with RCS and they suggested that I contact Dress My Tech for these voucher numbers, which rightfully is affiliated with me as I have paid for them. So, I had contacted this company last Friday, explained to them the situation from start, and each time I contact them via email or WhatsApp or telephonically, i am told that my query has been escalated. Its almost 1 week since I queried, I mean how hard can it be to provide me with vouchers that i have paid for which expires within a month after the bought. Is this ****.
