Ek het 'n resensie gelaat op 'n plek en dit was beperk tot my verblyfervaring en die beskikbaarheid/gehalte van geriewe en diens: die beskrywing het volgens my nie ooreengestem met wat beskikbaar was nie, onder meer ten opsigte van ontbyt/diens op die perseel wat nie beskikbaar was nie maar ingesluit is in die prys, beskikbare drankies (soos aangedui op die oorsig blad), onderdakparkering wat nie beskikbaar was nie en swak waterdruk. In reaksie daarop, het die gasheer se antwoord veel verder gegaan as ’n reaksie op die akkommodasie-ervaring en publiseer ernstige, feitlike bewerings oor my karakter en gedrag. Hierdie bewerings is, na my wete, vals, ongestaaf en reputasieskadelik. Tot dusver kon die gasheer asook julle nog nie bewyse lewer van die ernstige aantuigings nie. Die bewerings gemaak deur die gasheer is eers gemaak meer as 2 weke na ek daar gebly het en my resensie verskyn het. As die bewerings waar was sou die gasheer onmiddelik na ek daar weg was julle ge****ak het en/of 'n saak by die polisie gaan maak het om dit aan te spreek. Volgens julle eie beleid (Bepoalings en Voorwaardes): "Die Maatskappy onderneem om, binne redelike perke, te verseker dat die inligting wat deur akkommodasie-instansies op hierdie webtuiste voorsien word korrek en op datum is." Nadat ek aangedui het dat die oorsig inligting verkeerd is asook die fotos, kies julle om dit te ignoreer en so te los vir die volgende gaste wat in dieselfde strikval gaan trap. Die inligting op die gasheer se blad is nogsteeds verkeerd en julle kies om dit nie reg te stel nie. Gaste gaan onnodig vir geriewe betaal wat nie beskikbaar is nie. Ek het julle die geleentheid gegee om hierdie aan te spreek en julle het versuim om dit te doen. Julle terugvoer is dat “die eienaar se terugvoering aangepas is” los nie die probleem op nie, omdat die kern-aantygings steeds gepubliseer word. Die gasheer het die geleentheid gehad om sy antwoord te wysig, wat nogsteeds feitlik verkeerd is, terwyl ek nie dieselfde geleentheid vergun word nie. Julle interne prosesse is gebrekkig en dit beskerm slegs die gasheer. Hoe kan julle toelaat dat iemand persoonlike aantygings maak wat reputasieskadelik is en nie die kern-aantygings aanspreek nie? Ek staan by my oorspronklike resensie oor die akkommodasie-ervaring en wil hê toekomstige gaste moet op akkurate, verifieerbare inligting kan staatmaak.
Been waiting for my order since it was shipped on the 27th of June 2025. There is no update or indication of where it currently is or when they are planning to deliver it.
It has been 10 business days since ordering from OneDayOnly with no indication of when it will arrive. They simply state the supplier, which is you, will be handling the courier and tracking. When exactly are you planning on handling this?
It has been 10 business days with no indication of when my order will arrive. I requested a refund as it will be quicker and easier to go buy the item in the shop, but they are not willing to provide feedback on the matter.
Been waiting for 2 weeks without getting appropriate feedback on a transaction. Every phone call I get a different response on the update and I've been informed 3 times that the transaction will be finalised within 48 hours. There is no reason as to why there is such massive delay.
People warned me not to get Rain. They are eager to sell, and then disappear when you need assistance. The R1 **** deal they advertised was false advertising - did this not happen before? They debited R1 from my account, then disconnect it because it is unpaid. Why not debit the full amount then? Have logged numerous queries and phoned several times - no one is coming back to you. Pathetic service!!
Rented a vehicle from Europcar Cape Town INT Airport, returned it on 9 September and requested an updated invoice and when the refund of the deposit will be reversed a week later. I was informed by the supervisor it will be paid back by 18 September at the latest. The 18th came and went, followed up on the 20th, 22nd and 25th and no is coming back to me. I also queried the refund amount as per the invoice I received, and this has also not been addressed to date. Really not impressed with their customer service and tardiness.
Requested and received a settlement letter on 22 March 2023, paid on the same day. Debit order goes off on 25 March 2023. Submit query to [email protected] and receive the following feedback: Kindly note in order to process the refund successfully please confirm no payments will return unpaid or be reversed. What does that even mean? Today on 30 March 2023, I get notified that you are unable to provide me with a paid-up letter as the account is still open, yet no one can explain to me why the settlement letter and amount was incorrect. Also, why must I pay to receive paid-up letter and Natis document? Based on the reviews so far on hellopeter, it does not seem that VWFS cares at all about customer service. Your preferred email address ([email protected]) for customer service and communication is a joke! Your people are not trained properly to address queries! Can someone please contact me and explain what’s going on? I wonder if you even take something like greylisting seriously?
Fast and effective service from Corne Roux and Frances Badenhorst. They assisted in securing a great interest rate from my preferred bank, which reduced my monthly payment considerably. Will definitely recommend them to anyone.
I find completely ridiculous that Apple does not fix watches due to software malfunction and only have a one year warranty on such products. Three weeks outside of warranty and the heart rate monitor stops working. I cannot claim from insurance as no one from the iStore is willing to assist the insurance company with the claim by explaining what could have caused this - FYI not a fault from the client but an Apple malfunction. This is really in bad taste that Apple or provides a one year warranty, does not fix watches and are willing to assist with claims. We cannot continue to replace faulty Apple products at our own expense due to Apple ***** ups. Not acceptable!!
