We went to Builders Warehouse at Strubens Valley to buy compost. After asking staff where it is they half-heartedly pointed in a random direction and continued talking to one another. No one in that entire place greets you nor are they friendly. I would not reccommend shopping there.
We stood in the pouring rain at Hogshead Rock Cottage's door @19h15. The bouncer looked at us and didn't even bother to explain why it is closed. He just changed the sign from 'open' to 'closed'. We wanted to attend the last night of Brufest. We ended up hungry, wet and disappointed. On the internet it shows they close at 24h00. The least they could have done is just give us cover from the rain until it ended.

I've made use of 4 Kenya Airways flights for my holiday to Dubai. The food was amazing, the flights were smooth (thanks Captian and co-pilots), the cabin crew members were helpful and friendly. The overall service from checking in to landing was superb. I will definitely make use of them again.

I was handed over by Ampath on the 8th of Feb 2019. The account was outstanding since August 2018. I never open a Discovery email for claims processed as it always came out of my savings so I was under the assumption that there was nothing outstanding. I received an sms from Vericred in June 2019 - this was the first correspondence which I've received from them since my number changed and I think they tried to get hold of me on my old number. Ampath didn't even bother to email or phone me themselves - which usually is good practice. As soon as I received that sms from Vericred in July I immediatly checked my Discovery claims history. I then saw that the Ampath account was not paid due to insufficient funds in my savings account. On that same day I went and paid Ampath in person. I was under the assumption that Ampath will sort out the Vericred account. I then still received correspondence from Vericred threatening to take legal action for my outstanding Ampath account. I immediately paid their account as per the sms which I received from them indicating the amount I owed them. The lady who spoke to me was very friendly, she informed me that she'll send me the clearance certificate/letter" once she has received proof of payment. Everything cleared at the bank and I emailed the proof of payment to the Ferndale branch as well as the head office in Potchefstroom. I haven't received my certificate/letter after 3 email attempts.
The worst service and the food is bland. Would not reccommend this place.
