I was unhappy with the service I received from a lady at the Sun Coast branch, her attitude was so poor. The card machine declines a payment and we keep trying different cards, then I tell her that the problem is with the machine because it’s not a problem from our side. She responded in an antagonist manner, saying customers have been using this machine so the problem is with us. Then, other people proceed and try to make card payments and the machine keeps on declining again, then another lady working there her name is Sanele, she tried restarting the machine and noticed that the machine is still not working. I am still shocked at the manner in which the lady responded to the situation, she made us feel inferior and made it seem like we came without money from the onset. After the other worker saw that indeed the problem is with their machine, she did not even bother to apologize instead, she just walked away and pretended to be oblivious to the situation at hand. We ended up not even taking the order and left due to the bad service. I am highly disappointed, it’s unfortunate that I did not get her name, but it was her, Sanele and another guy working there. The least she could have done was to acknowledge her mistake and apologize than to undermine people, it was such a horrific experience.

Since when did they introduce a tip option? Arn’t they paying their employees enough? It’s their job to pack donuts into a box and be polite. I don’t like being put on the spot to tip for very little service - the employee didn’t even say Thank you. Very bad move on the companies part.😩

BE CAREFUL WHEN USING KRISPY KREME APP. You will make a payment via the app with your linked bank card which “declines” the transaction but it is reserved and eventually paid from your bank account. You then make a card payment which is also debited against your bank account. Try get a refund and they’ll tell you there is only one payment although you can prove that both amounts have been debited and paid to Krispy Kreme against your account within 5 minutes of each other. This is not an isolated incident!!

CANAL WALK BRANCH Century City 24 Feb 2026 Ordering online for colleagues at work; the incorrect order was sent via Uber Eats. Notwithstanding trying to make sense of the staff answering the phones; but Blown Away by being told - Is Your Fault the order is Wrong! I paid for 12 fancy doughnuts and received Ordinary Glazed x12. NO MANAGER (Linda?) in store apparently- Hence the **** attitude and Argumentativeness of the 2 female staff on the phone. This was Eventually sorted out by Pierre; but not before my Birthday morning was ruined by their lousy attitude. Will NEVER support this store again; and by default very much doubt i will bother supporting Krispy Kreme again; either.

I've never eaten any doughnuts that is so delicious and fresh everytime you buy it. My kids love it we all love it and it's so exiting to taste them all, and see what doughnut they will bring out next. Love it.

On the 13th of January 2023 I used a Gateway voucher card to pay and the person that was assisting me told me that the payment did not go through because sometimes they have an issue with that type of card so when I got home the money had left the card, I went back on the following day to report this and was told that the funds will be reversed back to my personal bank account within 7 days gave them my bank account details and contact details but till today I haven’t had any communication neither are the funds reversed to my account or voucher card.
