As residents in ward 55 of City of Tshwane, we have been struggling for service feedback from our councillor. I am one of several concerned citizens residing in the Pretoria Claremont region. Being without power for more than 30 hours and even water, our councillor choose not to act in the best interest of the resident. Let me not sweet-talk the matter. As residents, we are being neglected by our DA Councillor. She simply does not care, respond, or even attempt to assist the residents with their questions and queries. As a party, you require our votes to have confidence in the party. Unfortunately, the people’s confidence is simply not there, and I am afraid that this will carry over to the next election. Wheneversomeone is just asking too many questions, they are simply ignored and removed from the whatsapp groups. My concern: • Is this what we voted for? • Is this the type of service we are expecting to receive. • The city of Tshwane also does not care, and we do not know where to turn to • Will other parties be of more service When I approached the regional office, they did nothing and came up with excuses such as other parties neglecting the city etc. etc. I think the DA should have another look into the affairs of their members and what they stand for, as this portrays the vision of the DA?
I have spent this morning more than 2 hours on the phone with Vodacom trying to resolve a problem on my one line. This is a Powerflex line. Vodacom has collected money from my account on 25 September 2024 for R449.00 Till date I still cannot make any phone calls. Phone I phone in and asked for a manager, the one lay names Jeanette indicated that there are no managers, and senior personnel available as she is the only one. She even promised to give me update and promised to give me a call back, which never happened. It seems as if it is difficult doing business with Vodacom

I would personally like to thank Carike Wessels of Momentum Insure of the great and exceptional service we do receive. Beside all the above mentioned, Carike is always: - Friendly - Professional - Present the highest level of customer service - Accurate - Fast and efficient - Smiling In all my dealings with all other insurers, we finally find the perfect fit with Carike. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction is unparalleled. If I were a manager of the highest level at Momentum, I would surely give Carike a senior managers’ post or even a huge salary increases with massive benefits and bonuses. Thank you for always giving us a fantastic experience with Momentum. I am always blown away by the level of professionalism and expertise displayed by her.
I have bought a new vehicle and installation of a new unit was done. Since day one the CarTrack app does not indicate where my vehicle is, but always reflects the same location not near me. Is this what is expected of the company and app. Why do I even bother going for Cartrack whereas I never had issues with Netstar. Do I just cancel my subscription. How can I be liable to pay a premium for no service. Please advise
I was visiting Fat Cake City Pretoria Gardens. People are entering the premises without masks and sanitizing as per government regulations. The staff is wearing masks on their chins. When I asked what their covid regulations were, I was laughed at, sweared at. When I asked to speak or provided with the telephone number of the manager of owner, I was mocked and ignored, and remarks followed "what ever" and "so what". This is not a nice example to the community. These companies should obey rules and enforce regulations in their premises. What a joke they make Covid to be
This is an e-mail from my view, and I do believe several other clients feels the same. Every time something happens, in my opinion, the DA always wants to blame politics and other parties. I am a citizen in Tshwane, where the DA is supposed to govern the city affairs. Lately, it seems as if this is not the case. We as a community has been without water for a number of days. The matter has been reported to the service centres, and calls have just been closed without any action that was taken. When the council members were approached, they promised to take action, but still nothing. Where is our beloved mayor in all this? The one remark was that emergency staff is intimidated, and the SAPS does not want to do anything. Hospitals and schools are receiving preference, but what they do not understand is that hospitals and schools is also affected as this has an impact on hygiene etc. Hospitals will possibly receive more cases bases on the dangers of hygiene. It seems as if everyone is there for their own gain. Promises is made for service delivery and only now once is start seeing the people of the DA, as this is voting season. Is this another, voting campaign only as they will only disappear thereafter. The DA can’t even provide people with the basic services Throughout the past six months or so, we were the victims of, to just a few - No water - No electricity, and that does not include loadshedding. This caused high impact claims for insured people. - No service - Potholes galore Is the DA just another voice, trying to gain votes and do absolutely nothing for the people, or are they really there for the people of South Africa. If the DA really wants to li9ve up to their promises, they should start making a difference, and not only during voting campaigns making empty promises. If this is the case, they should rather leave politics, and let other parties rule. At least we know what we are in for then.
Clicks Fairland Mall billed me and my Medical aid for Covid-19 vaccination and fees. Unfortunately I never visited, live near or even know where they are located. I have also not received any Covid-19 vaccination thus far as well as not yet registered for the services. How is this possible? Do one need to open Fraud cases?
I have requested for an insurance policy to be cancelled on 24 February 2021. After numerous e-mail correspondence, all I received was the nothing worth automated reply indicating they are dealing with the matter. Till today the client pays two (2) separate premiums on his bond, but Standard bank choose to ignore the interest of the client and TCF. I will advise no person to do business with them
Good day. I have placed an order at Fishaways Phillip Nel Park (Order # 35038317). The order was placed at 20:02. 60 minutes later I tried phoning them but you will never get answer. 90 minutes later I drove to them. They could not find my order. 30 minutes later, they suddenly found my order on a cabinet. Needles to say the food was cold, and the manager (Zoey as she introduced herself) said she cannot replace the cold calamari and chips. She had a huge issue when I indicated that this was not service. when indicated that I will take it up with Client Services, her remarks was "Please do so as it won't mean anything" and she just laughed. When asked to refund the fee for delivery when i picked it up myself, she made me wait another 10 minutes. You can just imagine how the food tasted after that. That is not proper service and or customer service. I will advise all my friends etc. about the way this was handled and will also place this on social media
