When i entered the staff helped us immediately. Friendly service and a waitress martha who know the menu, knows how to interact, friendly and professional. She catered to our every need. A manager who dropped by, not to be an nuisance, just to check if we are ok or need anything else. Martha took our order and with me being fussy, she and the chef did not disappoint at all. Our bill came to R600 and we ordered a large pizza with extra feta and cheese, a fettuccini pasta with lots of bacon and mushrooms, a full breakfast which came with a coffee, a kiddies mac and cheese. And 4 cool drinks. At any other restaurant the bill would have been over R800 or even more. The food was fantastic. Pasta creamy and just perfect. Pizza came with all the extras like chillies etc, even the cheese and mac was made to perfection. Huge portions. The quality was really amazing. We left there very impressed. I can really say very well done to the team. Amazing work.
I am lodging a formal complaint against Hahn & Hahn Attorneys and Credit Doctor for ********* conduct and lack of service delivery. I initially approached Credit Doctor for assistance with exiting debt review. Without my consent, my personal information was shared with Hahn & Hahn Attorneys, and I was contacted via WhatsApp by a representative named Anna (067 426 6143). I never authorised this third-party engagement, which raises serious concerns regarding a breach of the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Despite making payment for services, no work was done on my matter. It has now been over two weeks with no progress, no meaningful feedback, and no assistance from either party. Due to the urgency of my situation and the complete lack of service, I was forced to appoint alternative attorneys at my own additional cost to assist me. I have requested a refund, yet I am still waiting with no response. Attempts to contact Anna have failed, and no alternative representative has taken responsibility for my matter. It is deeply concerning that vulnerable consumers seeking financial relief are taken advantage of in this manner. Promises are made, yet no assistance is provided while consumers are left financially worse off. I now formally demand: A full refund of all monies paid A clear explanation as to how my personal information was shared without my consent Immediate resolution of this matter Should this matter not be resolved urgently, I will proceed with formal complaints to the National Credit Regulator (NCR) and the Legal Practice Council (Law Society), as well as continue escalating this issue across public platforms. Consumers are urged to exercise extreme caution when dealing with these entities.
Paying without any service after 4 months. Now fighting to get my refund. Rude and obnoxious staff. Paid R2750 in Nov and received whatsapps with basically no information. I repeatedly requested assistance to have a Rescission of Judgement done but nothing was ever drafted and no communication was sent to me, I would have paid for the service. that was my last communication in January. In March i requested my refund and their management has many excuses. They are refusing me my refund and hasn't done anything for 4 months. i have taken to social media where I have spoken out against this company. Their attorneys are having meetings trying to find a way NOT to refund me. I do not need their support any longer but I paid for a service I never received. I will not end. My private information has also been shared with external attorneys without my permission totally undermining my rights and is a POPI Act Violation. This company also has attorneys (or at least they think they are) who are quite disrespectful to clients. they are lying to clients and does not know the full procedure of the Debt Review Removal process - after 4 months the lady who were communicating with me didn't even know what a Rescission of Judgement were - something any attorney learns from scratch.
I would like to compliment Justin Erasmus from Kiloton Motors for his outstanding service. We urgently needed a vehicle and Justin went above and beyond to assist us quickly and professionally. He was attentive, honest, and made the whole process easy during a stressful time. The vehicle is well-maintained and the deposit and monthly payments are far more affordable than other rent-to-own options we looked at. It truly feels like great value for money. What a mission with this place just to change a cellphone number. A ***** and POPI Act Violation Bank account opened in my name with my full credentials without my knowledge I cannot change a simple cellphone number on my discovery profile because of this. I am FUMING since this bank is useless Call centre agent Raymor Fortuin told me on 04.08.2025 to "shhht" So unprofessional DISCOVERY BANK PLEASE ADVISE WHY I CANT CHANGE MY ****EN NUMBER ALSO ADVISE WHO OPENED THIS ACCOUNT BECAUSE IT SURELY WASN'T ME.
We have home insurance which we pay monthly. I made a claim for our leaking roof and repairs were declined due to deterioration. We have put rubber paint on the roof in order to maintain it but it is still leaking and insurance still wont cover it. Then we have a built in stove. Plates gave in and the extractor fan. We have also claimed for it but once again claim was denied 3 times because of wear and tear. Problem is that it is a build in stove and the cupboards will have to be taken out in orde r to replace stove. We also have an access bond and 2 years ago we claimed money and settled an account, however now we having issues with absa not being able to give us that money. We never skipped a bond payment. We pay more on our bond My problem with absa insurance is that we have to pay monthly and once we claim, then we are given all kinds of excuses. We might as well no have insurance and save that money. At this point it seems like a **** where our monies are just used to pay absa salaries. Insurance companies are *****ed to the core. Any appliance deteriorates over time but yet we must pay full insurance price over that period. Then with our roof, it was stated that we didnt maintain it but we have used alternative measures to stop leakage. We do not have money to buy a stove and replace the few sheets of our roof. That is exactly why we use insurance. Its an uphill battle and I am extremely dissatisfied with absa. Horrible horrible service and they are very insensitive. They write policies so that the company can gain robbing vulnerable south africans from hard earned money.
A woman called Roxanne Naidoo has been very rude to me regarding my refund. She has been telling me that no-one in her department will help me. speaking over me. literally shouting at me. All because I enquired about my refund which was due a few days before. Roxanne needs training on how to deal with clients. I had to right to request my refund and to follow up. 13 phone calls and empty promises
This company blocked my cousins payout. It has been dragging out for over 6 months. She is heavily indebted and her mother just passed away. She begged them to just give her a portion of the money she worked for but nothing. They dont even care to respond. Cases has been opened but nothing. She is going through severe depression. At least give her a portion for her mothers funeral. Her ex company blocked her money without any ******** cases or legal proceedings. This is terrible that she worked 14 years and this company has the audacity to do that. Saps case was withdrawn...no evidence This company wants her money. Been threatening and harassing her. She did not even get her savings and overtime or leave payouts. However liberty fails to get into the crux of the matter. No legal proceeding or instruction from court to state that payout must be blocked. So anyone can just randomly write and email to liberty advising them to block payouts for no reason and they will. This procedure is *******. And if the ex employer wants to block a portion of her money why do you block all of it. Liberty is gaining interest whilst their clients suffer financially. A great injustice happening here. Bad bad bad company.
Signed deal for car in april 2023. Boot not working, dents, aircon not working, aircon units coming loose, broken items in car, roof lining coming loose,front section scratched below and coming loose, clutch not working, car giving black smoke due to faulty turbo. 7 months without a vehicle. They refused to exchange the car and the clutch broke twice within 2 days. They paid back our 7 months but refuse to pay our deposit. Debit orders still running. A long list of faults. They have repaired the turbo but to date all other faults remain the same. Car is unroadworthy. We can only drive short distances. Uphill var has no power. Car also still smoking. From the money we have received back our dposit is still due. And from that money we had to pay attorneys. Pay our money back. You have threatened us to the point that we went to saps. Staff laughed at me. Had a patronizing attitude with us. Staff is rude and thinks they can intimidate us. How did this car pass because the traffic department should have picked up on these faults. I want my deposit,legal fees and debit order for july repaid. Do not go with planet 42. All the good reviews on this site is from their own staff. Its not my fault that i was sold a faulty vehicle. I am active on social media to expose them.
I missed 1 months payment but settled the arrears in march for both months. Send proof of payment to accounts. Account was activated and then just stopped after a week. I was not in arrears. I fought to get my line back up again. They double charged me again. To date i was asked a reconnection fee but my services were not suppposed to be down at all. I have settled acc in due time.
