No Finance Cars
Based on recent customer reviews, No Finance Cars receives sharply divided feedback. A minority of customers describe positive sales experiences, particularly highlighting helpful staff at the Pretoria, Springs and Boksburg branches who made the rent to own process accessible for those unable to secure traditional vehicle finance. However, a recurring theme is deep dissatisfaction with after-sales service, including disputes over deposits, poor handling of accident and hijacking claims, mechanical issues on delivered vehicles, lack of courtesy cars during repairs, and concerns about contract amendments and unresponsive communication.

I wouldn't even click on any star they deserve none, wow what a horrible experience from NFC I am so shuttered I wouldn't advise anyone to get a vehicle from these people. They will put your life in danger by letting you drive a vehicle that is not roadworthy and still be arrogant about it. They r nice at first when they want sales...

My mother was involved in a motor vehicle accident on 25 March 2026. When we were assisted by someone going by the name Percy from No Finance Cars. At first we were able to reach this person and we went to get Quotations so the vehicle could be fixed and so we could claim from some shady insurance under NFC. We gathered everything and we were then sent to a panelbeater 100 kilometers away from our hometown because our quotations were too high for NFC On the 8th April 2026 we were then referred to take the vehicle to DENT BOUTIQUE @ 14 Textile Road, Umtata where we then got another quotation that NFC were managed to reason with and we left the workshop to go and pay the access fee for the insurance to NO FINANCE CARS and proof of payment was sent to Percy and we were then told to leave the vehicle there as it was going to be worked on the following week. The following week came and passed and we didn’t want to put pressure on Thina from Dent Boutique. Another week passed and we started to get worried and started making calls but we kept being told that the parts of the vehicle are on the way. Up until today 20 May 2026 still no correspondence from Percy from NO FINANCE CARS or from Thina from Dent Boutique. We are not being updated about any progress of the vehicle DISAPPOINTING When I decided to go and check the vehicle myself at the workshop which is +-100 away from where we stay I found the vehicle in the very same state as it was on the accident scene still damaged and no progress whatsoever. We are being secondary victimised by these places.

I had a great experience with NFC, I am on my 2nd car now and I'm happy. Client service has been great, with my 1st car in Boksburg I was helped by Mike and the 2nd car in Pretoria I was helped by Tafi. I will most definitely recommend this company for those who do not qualify for vehicle finance. Thank you🙏

Worst company to deal with. To say I am disappointed and dissatisfied with their service is an understatement. Today marks 3 weeks of them having taken the car in for repairs after an accident. No communication whatsoever, the only thing I know the car has not fixed and no exact date is given.
