App**** for a credit card. They called and i was not available, and cancelled the application. I done again, same thing. Whats the point of spending millions in marketing if you do this? I might as well leave my credit cards with the main banks. Only reason i wanted it for overseas no conversion charge.
Do not buy their geysers. Lasted less than a year, and they refusing to provide warranty as geyser was removed. Was i supposed to bath in cold water while i waited two weeks for them to come????
Warning to landlords. Citiq is holding our funds for a year already. I have called 4 times to change bank details in 4 months, its either that they are not competent, or dont want to.
I had previously given them 5 starts on the sale of a vehicle. However, the service department is a horror movie. We have various vehicles that get serviced there. - Its really hard to get someone on a call or speak to someone regarding your vehicle. - Its even difficult to book a vehicle in. - They are overcharging on services. A service that takes 3 hours they bill 6 hours and say thats the tariff according to their system. If it had to take more hours youd definitely be billed more. - They hardly have stock of parts of even common vehicles like a Hyundai Staria. You have to wait weeks or months for a part under warranty. - They have gone from doing Merc, Jeep and Misibushi but now have Kia and Hyundai too with less staff. Penny pinching on service and parts stock. We have 2 hyundai starias and both had the same issue they blamed the diesel quality and are making us pay!!!!! We filled diesel at only our Caltex and Engen fuel stations
Despite this place loosing its standard, its now a crime hot spot. Was almost robbed yesterday and apparently its happening often. 4 guys rushed towards me walking back from the convenience store and i ran towards the forecourt. They tried to open my door and then fled and ran away, driving in their car calmly away. Asked the cashier for the managers number she said she is off duty and i cant do anything. Will never visit this place again even though i live nearby. I suggest other people stay away unless you want to loose your cellphone, money, cards and belongings.
3 days no internet and every day again they are creating a job card!!!!!!!! You cant call daily for the same thing. If they cant do maintenance, cancel the internet and let us find other providers.
My wife took out a voip contract which on the quote advised was limitless with a fair use policy which was accepted. This was to be around 3300 per month inclusive of the minutes based on a fair use policy and the basic charges. When we got our first consumption account they were billing for calls and then they discount it there after but the account was 5000+ and it didn’t seem like a fair use policy was exceeded. The sales agent Philicia Molala referred us to a John Jeme, who called my wife to advise he will investigate and refer back to us with corrections. A month later and there is no returned call or replies to his email. We are still in the dark as to why we were charged more and we are expected to pay the amounts else they will disconnect the service, and then to reinstate will take 3 days and you will be charged penalty fees. Terrible service from Telkom and not the first time. If they cannot service a contract they should cancel it and one should be allowed to find a new service provider.
No response on a refund for almost two months (if not more). I purchased an iPad for my wife as a birthday gift using Mobicred as a payment option. She decided it was a gift that she didn’t want and preferred something else instead. Mobicred debited my account for the first installment and I returned the device to Istore pre owned. This was early in September. I emailed I store and Mobicred and they advised the refund would be done. It’s actually a waste of my valuable time to complain about a 500 refund. I emailed Mobicred twice or thrice and there has been no refund. It’s already November. To set up my Mobicred account was a different issue completely that took forever. This was in dec/Jan and I couldn’t wait and ended up using vodacom to purchase my iPhone. What’s the point of having a customer care or support email address if it isn’t responded to?
First time I contacted Steve Van Reenen of Sun Boreholes he seemed very professional and clued up. I paid a 25k deposit to drill at my premises which is large and he said he would come out. He came out and apparently drilled 3 holes and couldn’t find water. He said he would get a geologist to come out. I now realize he could have drilled 3 small holes as no one would drill 3 deep holes for 25k. I kept calling him and he said he would come out but needed a 50k deposit. I paid it and he didn’t answer for 2 weeks. After sending him the other helloPeter complaints he responded to say he had Covid and will arrange this week. I asked him for a refund but don’t think I’ll get it! I have spoken to another company that says he has heard of many disgruntled people that paid for drilling and nothing happened or there was other stories! Beware!!
We have a business account being debited monthly without our authorization. We didnt sign up for this service. Its a shame that companies linked to DSTV would commit fraud
