The lady that was helping me Megan did a good job in assisting with the linking of my account and also explained why I haven't received my monthly rebates yet which is a major flaw in your system if you ask me because you have proof already that I stay where I stay and I own the meter where it is installed, what doesn't make sense is that you need municipal bills and all that when it should be as simple to pay me back. Thinking of uninstalling the whole system since I'm the only one left buying electricity when my whole community breached a weak after installing.

I had a problem with my electricity token, tried facebook inbox, and then redirected to WhatsApp. Kevin patiently helped me step by step until I was able to load my token successfully.
