We had a geyser replaced in 2023 with an Ariston axis that has a 5 year warranty The geyser had been leaking for months in 2026 our water bill was ******ionately high every month, then it started leaking from the overflow, that's only when we realized that there was a problem with the geyser We had someone come out and check and replace but now that it is fixed Ariston Thermo south africa will jot give us our money back because we had an experienced person take it out, what were we supposed to do? Leave it in have no water till Ariston decides to come out and check, have no water for weeks? With kids and elderly? They refuse to refund us

Unpleasant experience with Ariston bought my geyser a month ago now it's not switching on been sent from pillar to post to log a formal complaint as their geyser is faulty! I have been using some of this geysers for more than three years same installation and electricians with no issues at all hence my argument regarding their excuse for not registering a claim they are like any other insurances a ridiculous reason for not to cover .so dissapointed especially as their long standing client bought close to 20. I rep**** with my details, and within 24 hours, a technician arrived to replace the geyser, hassle‑free. Notably, the unit had only two months left on its five‑year warranty. This level of service is, without doubt, the best I have ever encountered when dealing with warranty obligations.

Eish !! leaking 10l geyser in cupboard - had to remove urgently before it became a problem with further damage.. Guess what Ariston--- says they cant help as warrantee void when removed. Paul Rawsthorne (Ariston) quotes all the T&Cs why they cant help. Said I must install it and then log issue for them to come assess ..this problaby while it still leaks.. makes no sense. Based on google reviews I'm not alone

My geyser burst,and had to report it to my insurance (outsurance) They contacted Ariston Heat tech on my behalf, and my geyser was replaced within 24hrs after reporting it. The technician by the name of Mpho and his team were very helpful 👌 . Thank you Ariston HeatTech for your quick best service.

Do not buy their geysers. Lasted less than a year, and they refusing to provide warranty as geyser was removed. Was i supposed to bath in cold water while i waited two weeks for them to come????

In Ausgust 2022 we had a Ariston 200L Class B geyser fitted. After 2 years the water colored yellow and brown due to the rust in the geyser. It is now 3 years old and the water is leaking through the back of the geyser totally vrot. I have seen other geysers from another make lasting more than 20 years. This is the worst quality in my experience.
