We had a geyser replaced in 2023 with an Ariston axis that has a 5 year warranty The geyser had been leaking for months in 2026 our water bill was ******ionately high every month, then it started leaking from the overflow, that's only when we realized that there was a problem with the geyser We had someone come out and check and replace but now that it is fixed Ariston Thermo south africa will jot give us our money back because we had an experienced person take it out, what were we supposed to do? Leave it in have no water till Ariston decides to come out and check, have no water for weeks? With kids and elderly? They refuse to refund us

I gave them access on Saturday morning to my property to install a neighbor, they left and F_ed up my wifi It has not been working all WEEKEND we cannot even get a hold of them I will not let them have access ever again Totally useless, these people should all be fired
Totally dishonest, I have regularly bought on takealot.com and had hardly any issues, recently I purchased a TV costing over R4k on opening the house discovered the TV screen was cracked the delivery address on was somewhere 30km away from my house We accepted it as ww thought honest mistake as it was the same product Takealot.com has now declined our replacement saying we had damaged the TV If they are dishonest they shouldn't think the rest of SA is I am totally disgusted at their suggestion that we damages the product, yes TEFFO at takealot you are very dishonest and should not have jobs, give it to someone who would appreciate the work
I am in the tourism industry, been off from work since March, haven't received a salary, but paid my account up until end May, June/July i spoke to Cell C explained the situation, I emailed them the letter we received from work explaining we will probably only return 2021, Cell C did not respond to any emails, barred my phones, and barred my wife's phone, they STOLE the 50GB her work loaded onto her phone so that she can work from home, I phoned them and told them I want that 50GB they took from her work, I do not even want their contract, they are small fries, have been with Vodacom and MTN all my life will rather go back to using them

Last year Rea Vaya Bus bumped me and dragged my car a few spaces, he was driving in the oncoming traffic, I could not swerve out in time and the bus hit me, after many many months of Miway not being able to get Rea Vaya to pay the claim, they have now sent me an email as below. "We attach hereto the copies of the Small Claims Court Kit to enable you to proceed with recovering you excess from the other party". I am now told to go to small claims court to sue Rea Vaya, I must go to small claims court, the audacity, I want to cancel my insurance with them with immediate effect. I cannot understand the incompetence, I will never recommend them to anyone
