Unpleasant experience with Ariston bought my geyser a month ago now it's not switching on been sent from pillar to post to log a formal complaint as their geyser is faulty! I have been using some of this geysers for more than three years same installation and electricians with no issues at all hence my argument regarding their excuse for not registering a claim they are like any other insurances a ridiculous reason for not to cover .so dissapointed especially as their long standing client bought close to 20. Of this geysers
Very dissapointed on the incosistant informal one receive from the call center agents and having t9 call kutiple time getting incorrect information and requesting one thing .. was evenworse n9 access to speak to management i am sure i called ypu guys 10 times and waited more than 30 mimutes to speal to a manage lack of respect to your clients very dissapointing service
Hi Auto and General senior management Kindly extend my appreciation to one of your staff member jaydon Smit , he is very helpful he went beyond to assist me with my claim today . I have been calling following up with my claim the other team were just saying the ate outstanding documents ! However with him he called the dealership to advise them on the outstanding documents and requested them to forward Asap .and they did..he followed up with me to advise that all documents are now completed .. such exceptional service deserves recognition .Jaydon buddy you truely made my day big upp!!!!
Brought my car for service from 8am was given an option to get it washed which might take an extra 2 ,mind you they are closing at 1pm today , so I decided not to get the car washed thinking it will save me time , Guess what ?12pm car still not ready i find such service unacceptable, never coming back here ,i dot not appreciate people who don't respect people's time and not communicate well .
