It seems like they employ idiots on purpose, it is now 8 month having a simple dispute with SARS with something that is evident on my IRP5.
Well payed money into a closed account, immediately called and was told that the money will automatically bounce back into my account within 4 days. I called again last Thursday only to be told Bull****, am still waiting for the money...
It is so funny how stupid and ******** consultants from this bank enabled ***** by not verifying the illegitimate beneficiary added to my late father's policy. On Thursday I sent an email seeking accountability for this nonsense. Guess what a whole institution has gone mute and cannot account for their own negligence....
Pathetic service, my late father took a burial insurance with this pathetic bank, and it happened one of the family relatives managed to get themselves added as the beneficiary. Now the **** of **** ran away with R10 000, I had to lose more that R9000 covering my father's funeral. I consulted with those who knows the law, it turns out to be *****, I contacted the Stupid bank called FNB, guess what they cannot help me, I mean these idiots cannot help even when it's so clear that ***** was committed.... Worst experience towards Mr Samuel Ntonyane who has been struggling with his withdrawal claim for almost 6 full months to date. We even tried sending direct messages to Thusho Matlhodi, Hloniphani Mhlanga but no responce to this date
