What a *** poor service received..... Ordered online today in the morning, when my groceries was supposed to be sent it stated on the app it was already delivered..... I had to use my R120 airtime to call them and ask about what is happening.... SANDY the consultant said they marked delivered by error I should give them an hour it will be delivered.... After two hours still not delivered.... Mind you my sis missed varsity class because of the delivery that was supposed to be delivered in the morning..... 5min ago I called again using 60 rands airtime now they tell me a different story that it was canceled... Like who cancels delivery for student groceries. I NEED URGENT FEEDBACK ON THIS and the call was dropped when I requested to speak to someone superior...REFERENCE NUMBER:1411733 SANDY she advised that she can't give out surname due to the POPI Act of which I understand but the service on zero..... Someone urgently contact me....
What a bad bad bad service I received from you guys... I stepped out and received a call from you guys saying someone pressed a panic button... How can someone press a panic button when I'm not even at home?????? I came back only to find that everything it's ok and when I call you guys you tell me it's faulty I need to pay for someone to come check it out.... What the hell. Your alarm faulty and I'm the one who's supposed to pay for it.... I'm paying my money for the alarm that is not functioning properly... I leave the house thinking that it's taken care of since there's an alarm... What kind of service is this, the call center consultant lacked knowledge, the line dropped no one called back and when I called the 3rd time I was refused a reference number they hanged up the call again. Even now I'm still awaiting the response team to come make sure everything it's ok even after they said thy will be here shortly.... I am devastated by this service.
I have a contract with Telkom I pay 760 however I checked my statement yesterday and Telkom deducted 1200 with 115.80 Vat increase that was canceled... No one wants to tell me what went wrong... Telkom please I need that money back urgently in my account. I things to do with it please.
Order was supposed to be delivered today the 27th May 2024.....I am still awaiting my orders takealot, no call no communication wether you are running late or something.....I missed two of my important meetings while I was at home awaiting for my delivery because it's huge It had to be strictly delivery at my home... I'm so disappointed in you honestly.

When to the store heartbroken and he assisted me with my claim request. I had to do up and downs going to the police station and returning back home to fetch my ID and when I came back he made sure everything was processed and sent. AWAITING URGENT FEEDBACK FROM TELKOM
Hello, been out off connection for more than 48hours.call logged with the service consultant Nandi and no one has still come through to fix the connection. I'm loosing business vumatel it's almost two days now. This must be fixed urgently this morning.... For as much as you come running to install please come running to fix my issue. Good day everyone. Two months back I received a notification from my valued bank advising me that theres a debit order that went off on my account from VODACOM. I do not have any account with them whatsoever, so I went to the MAPONYA BRANCH to advise them. I was advised that I need to contact their ***** division to lay a complaint of which I did exactly that. it started by deducting R269.00 in july 2023 then in august it increased to R640.43 then today it took R4343.79. I DONT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH VODACOM I EVEN REPORTED THE ***** TO THEM THE MINUTE I FOUND OUT. till today no feedback and all they did was give me a reference number ( EC-1M9L-1IOP74). no contact no nothing. I would like to know from THE HEAD OF VODACOM WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS . why are they even deducting money from people who dont have accounts with them. my valid debit orders bounced and your **** one went through that I even reported and went to the police station to get/ sign all required documents.
Went car viewing on the 24th of March 2022. On the 25th of march decided on which one I want However I was advised that it's pending as they still waiting funds to be deposited on the account.... I was ok with everything, however on the 26th was called by their sales lady and manager Brendon Smith to advice that the car is available..... Made all funds available for the purchase, went to see them and was advise that they having IT issues I should wait a bit..... Spend my whole day there at south gate branch did test drive as well..... Today I'm advised that the car has been sold to someone else..... How the hell did that happen? I was initially called in the comfort of my own home to be advised that I should come pay for the car as it's available..... I want the car I was promised and that was reserved for me as I also have recordings of the conversations...
